It happened a year ago with the previous teacher. The teacher tried to settle but to no resolve. Now they will use that previous situation and this viral video to get it done.
The time has passed to start holding students accountable for their behavior. If they cannot adhere to school rules, they should be restricted to online schooling, or drop out.
Teachers and staff should be enforcing the rules more and disciplining students when they misbehave and or break the rules, and not be afraid to say the word “no.” For example: If a student won’t put away his or her phone, the teacher should just grab it and not let the student get away with anything. The second thing that I want to mention is that people have the right to defend themselves if they are being bullied, they shouldn’t get suspended from school and face disciplinary action for it. To quote Dr. Phil: “You don’t reward bad behavior!”
Imagine the outrage had Aquavis (Made up name cough cough) had been the victim. This would be lead story for as week or better on all the networks, looting and burning cities across the nation. The charges would include a Hate Crime charge, why isn't this a Hate Crime? Seems like Aquavis has a lot of hate. We know why, disgusting
This country must do a better job of educating and caring for its citizenry. Angry kids are hurting kids. If they’re doing things like this, there’s something going on at home. A lot of American parents are under educated, struggling financially, mentally and physically. Kind, self regulated kids usually have better educated and more financially stable parents. This country can do way better by its people than we do.
Victims commit 60% of ALL violent crimes in our country , all the other races combined commit the remaining 40%.. Their culture is violence and disrespect.

Have you not seen the videos of black people going into stores with bags and just stealing whatever they want and the police doing nothing, that still happens regularly. All that happens in democrat states and democrat cities, because they have no consequences, there are several areas in California, New York, Wisconsin and other states that have no Walgreens or Walmarts, targets, hell gas station clerks are behind bars so they aren't assualted and robbed. No teacher facing the challenge of educating in today's classroom is likely to have uttered that word. Most teachers are there to make a difference in a child's education. As witnessed by the female student pictured w/ her head down she is just trying to not be a target. If this student is assaulting adults in plain view of cameras he is likely to escalate. 10 yrs ago I would have said " what can we do for an obviously troubled youth". Today I would be the parent demanding his removal from the school. My child deserves an education uninterrupted by this violence. If his parents are doing such a poor job of raising their child, remove him from the home and school and let juvenile justice center teach him life skills. The parents of the innocent should be demanding his removal - an expulsion not suspension.
I don't see you volunteering to be his teacher, (Afraid to "face the hard reality"?) sitting here criticizing the victims, and turning the tables to benefit a thug. You don't sound like an "autumfragrance," to the contrary. sorry to say.
I live near Parkland, FL., where a student killed so many innocent classmates, teachers, and a coach. Fellow students and teachers are not responsible nor capable of dealing with an obviously troubled student. Who sends their kid to class telling them troubled kids need acceptance and affection, befriend him, be kind, as though that will fix him. No instead we have to teach them to look for a safe place in each classroom, assess hiding vs. running for your life, take the weapon away and just get over your ptsd. This is why so many parents choose private schools - there is zero tolerance for violence.
