Butter - 100 gms
Refined oil - 2 tbs
Cinnamon stick - 1 nos
Cloves - 6 nos
Cardamom - 6 nos
Bay leaves - 2 nos
Green chilli - 1 nos
Onion - 2 nos
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Deggi Chilli Powder - 1 1/4 tbs
Tomato puree - 100 ml
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Kasturi Methi - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
Ghee - 1 tbs
Ginger juliennes - 1 small stick
Chopped Coriander - few
