I really like your presentations: concise; no chit-chat; very exacting; everything explained - bam - bam - bam - you're done, and I understand the process. Thanks, Joy
Wow that is a BIG tea towel, lol. Mine are about half the size. Maybe we have smaller dishes in Northern Ireland, heehee. This is a fantastic idea. The tea towel looks gorgeous. Christmas tea towels would look fantastic or printing photos of the kids onto the printable fabric. Brilliant tutorial, thank you so much for sharing. Lee xx
Thanks for watching. Interesting thought that dishes may be smaller in Northern Ireland! Maybe special tea towels ones that the kids only can use as a privilege may help get the dishes dry!
You probably dont give a damn but does anyone know a tool to get back into an instagram account? I stupidly lost the account password. I love any tips you can offer me.
@Diego Lukas i really appreciate your reply. I found the site through google and Im waiting for the hacking stuff atm. Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Wow! This is a fantastic idea for school fetes! I'm thinking I can combine your photo-to-fabric technique and transfer the school crest to fabric - which I can then attach to tea towels for sale at our fete. Thanks again for a marvellous video!
Lovely for my three sisters who all appreciate nice things but don't sew ( they are more sporty and social than me) I'll also make a set for my nephew and niece in law who are just settling in to their first home. Thank you 😊
Hello there! I've been watching your videos, and came across this one. I was wondering if you could possibly do a video on this again, but for those who want to buy yardage of the tea towel fabric? Would highly appreciate it!! Thanks
I loved the tutorial, thank you so much. I do have a question, what type of material was used for the towel? It is obviously not terry. Where did Threadsby JB order her towels? I would like to do a few for this year's gifts to family. Again. Thank you kindly.
I feel like we are old friends as I think I've watched every one of your videos. (I live in Florida, USA.). I make towels like this to match hot pads. I cut a contrasting fabric 4 3/4 inches wide and sew it to the 4 inch strip to form a flange and then attach to the towel. It might also be fun to see two 2 1/2 inch strips together to form the decorative trim. Best wishes.
My sister and I were looking for simple tea towel and fabric projects and this one was perfect. 😊
That's neat I love it! Even folding them at the end is fantastic 🙏👏

Do you pre-shrink the fabric before sewing on the tea towel?

What type fabric did u sew onto towel? 100% cotton or as close to what the towel is made out of?
