True man. It's always these songs about breaking up with partners and stuff but people nowadays always neglects the feelings of growing up and how our life is changing day by day. How we're loosing family,relatives and friends every year or getting apart from them. This song really sums it all up
for me, this reminds me of all the people that I'll meet that will eventually go. My brother dated a girl for a pretty good amount of time, and she was at our house a lot. She was nice to me and it became so normal to see her around. Their relationship ended, which is normal for his age and I'm not exactly sad that they aren't together anymore, because I understand why they broke up. But after she left, there was this odd and immediate emptiness. She was no longer at dinner, and I just didn't see her besides one or two quick times. She's just one person that I know will come and go and eventually become a stranger again. I wish I could keep in touch better. But it's been a year, and she's moved on. My brother has too. So I think I just have to appreciate the time that she was here and accept that things change, and people come into your life and then leave randomly. And she's not the only one. There'll be tons more people that are left in little subsections of my life. That's just the way things work. It's sad, but it's something we all go through.

Honestly when I hear this song I can’t help but think back to those seemingly endless summer days in high school. Sleeping over from one friend’s house to another meeting up with the rest of my group at the nearest coffee shop, riding our bikes and skateboards everywhere around town. It all changed so quick, everyone met new friends at their universities, their interests changed, they don’t have as much time to hangout and they’re getting more serious. I cant even remember the last time we all hung out, but im just glad i got to experience what that felt like. I wish all my friends the best of luck with their future endeavors and I will always be here for them.

Met people along the way from university and working that are my new friends. All i can say is stuff happens but we end up meeting the people we need to have in our life even if we dont know it at the time. We also loose some people along the way but in the end they may have brought us down
I never got to experience any of that, I was raised in hospital most of my life due to being born weak and was hospital schooled But I'm glad you were able to and am proud of you, nearing 30 and finally able to be out of the hospital so hopefully I'll be able to experience that eventually too even it is a little late haha

And thinking about the fact that I'll probably never get to experience it hurts like hell. But reading about the teenage lives of other people lights me up. The senior choir at my school sang this last year and it was honestly heart wrenching to watch them all cry on stage while they were singing their last song with all their friends. I don’t think there was a single person on stage or in the audience that wasn’t crying for or with them.
As someone who watches New Girl, and watched Chuck and HIMYM let me say this. Chuck is in a league of its own. Chuck is the single greatest "ride" of emotions on any single show. I could seriously go on and on about Chuck but if you haven't watched it do your self a favor and watch it.

Holy hell.. Last time i heard this song was back in late 2016, i was in a very very dark place. Severely depressed in a toxic relationship, nearing homeless living in a trap house full of druggies, and i was contemplating doing meth because the booze wasn't working anymore.. This song held me together because it reminded me of my family and friends and how much they mean to me. I'm in such a better place now with a much better woman in my life, a stepdaughter and a much stronger will than I had back then. I'm so glad i found this song, it reminds me of how far I've come. ❤

Thought they might have written Zooey's pregnancy into the show with a Nick/Ryan cliffhanger but perhaps the real cliffer is will be see Coach next season or has he been dropped to avoid confusion with the revival of Craig T Nelson's 'Coach' or did he leave because he is banking on his own revival of the classic sitcom, 'Happy Endings'. She was such a great person: enthusiastic, talented, and kind, and she loved dance so much. I'm glad we're able to honor her memory with an award program our school gives that pays towards our dance tuition and all the songs she did with us, though. My Colorguard team is using this song for our winterguard performance this year. On the team is a girl who I dated this summer. When the song was announced today and this song was played for us, I immediately teared up and thought of our time together before all that stuff. The touching season finale of FoX's "New Girl" brought me here. Thought they might have written Zooey's pregnancy into the show with a Nick/Ryan cliffhanger but perhaps the real cliffer is will be see Coach next season or has he been dropped to avoid confusion with the revival of Craig T Nelson's 'Coach' or did he leave because he is banking on his own revival of the classic sitcom, 'Happy Endings'. Happy Cinco de Mayo to all.
Brother Neil Damon Wayans has a new sitcom, so Coach is not coming back next season. He might come back for an episode or two, like for the wedding, but he's no longer a series regular.

The original cast will be doing it, all thanks to a kick starter they raised more than enough to do 4 more seasons and a movie :D. This song makes me feel like I am on a road trip to no where, in the middle of a wheat feild in Arkansas, watching the sun set with the love of my life.
This song hits so hard, but especially because our dance studio did a dance to this a few years ago... and one of the seniors who was doing it died in a car crash on her way home from dance after practice one night. She was such a great person: enthusiastic, talented, and kind, and she loved dance so much.
I'm glad we're able to honor her memory with an award program our school gives that pays towards our dance tuition and all the songs she did with us, though. Like this song and Ophelia, which both still hit so hard when any of us listens to them. And Proud Mary and Fresh Prince of Belair, that we're redoing this year as a 50-year anniversary for the studio.

Came from chuck, that was about 5-6 years ago, my dad has moved 5-6 times since then, ive gone from 8th grade and now im graduating high school in a few days, the first few verses of this song were my senior quote, a year from now everyone will be in different places, and its sad to say goodbye, i will always have the memories of the last 5 years, from making all the friends ive made, all the amazing teachers, my youtube channel, or just what ive learned in life, wether it be to cook or to drive, who knows, this song means a lot, along with chuck and all the other shows ive watched along the way (mainly marvels shield) so here is to what the next year brings 🍹

I found this song by watching Chuck. About a month ago my step-dad, who was basically my dad, passed away. I have listened to this song almost every day since then, each and very time it makes me think of my mom missing my step-dad...I want to show it to her, but every time I break down when I hear it....but when I think of them, this is how I know my mom feels missing him so much it hurts.

My Colorguard team is using this song for our winterguard performance this year. On the team is a girl who I dated this summer. We both loved each other so much and everyone thought we were perfect together but she confessed that she lost feelings and I was devastated. We agreed to stay friends but stuff happened and now she doesn’t really talk to me anymore. When the song was announced today and this song was played for us, I immediately teared up and thought of our time together before all that stuff. It made me truly appreciate the time I had with her before we grew apart and stopped talking, and even tho we still talk from time to time, it’s not the same and it never will be. I just appreciate the memories we made together before she left :)
