Literally just got back into playing Fallout New Vegas. Heck yeah!
Welcome back!!!!
Paciencia and this machine are two of my favorite guns in the game
Paciencia with a crit build is the best sniper in the game. Since .308 has hp ammo an .50 doesn’t, it’s does more damage
Lucky is outrageously strong with how much it grows as you do. It's a weapon in the very second location you'd visit you can absolutely run through all DLCs and the entire base game.
Its clunky issues literally melt with just a few perks.
After rapid reload, finesse, better criticals, cowboy, hand loader, (.357 has the best hand loader ammo in the game. -3DT, x1.25 damage, x0.8 spread) and +15 crit chance from some gear, and your average bullet is dealing 120 damage. It's wild. Add in run n' gun for the fuck of it.
Lucky is so good that hollow points are almost better than hand-loaded ammo, regardless of medium armor. The DT multiplier is meaningless when your critical hit is striking for 164 damage.
To much explanation to say it has a big crit lvl
I know this is just a Uniques lineup, but for the next one he’s sure to include the Lever-Action Shotgun! With the Cowboy Perk (it’s actually the *only* shotgun affected by Cowboy) and Hand-Loading (to give it 3/0 Buck. Magnum) it has very high dmg output for a gun you can find fairly early.
Also, people just don’t seem to use it their New Vegas runs very often?
ive noticed that aswell the lever action shotgun is definetly my favorite shotgun type there will be non unique weapon lists soon and will cover most weapons in the game
I think it’s less used because it’s just kind of rare, I mean I didn’t even know it existed for like a year of playing the game
@@Pixal_Dragonit drops very rarely, but you can buy on the gun runners robot. And, with a perk, you can fix it easily.
Medicine Stick is must have in every of my playthrough! Love this gun so much
Agreed such a beautiful weapon
LOVING this active comment section!
One of my favorite early game weapons is the single shotgun. Since it’s just a single shot 20 gauge I think it goes really unnoticed but if you immediately put points into repair skill and make a bunch of slugs for it becomes the most powerful short-mid range rifle with an actual sight as apposed to the caravan shotgun, life saver in survival mode you can hunt a large variety of wasteland creatures for food even at low level with not a lot of ammo
I don't know a lot about perks and stuff
But in one of my playthroughs a gun that I fell in love was the assault carbine (GRA model) with all its mods. If you have a considerable stash of 5mm or even 5mm AP that baby will shread anything in its path and it has a very fast reload so you can get back into shooting.
Also a shoutout for the All-American from vault 34. Maybe it doesn't have the damage of the medecine stick but does it feel good to just shoot deathclaws with a considerable amount of 5.56 AP
definitely agree with your opinion on the assault carbine and trust me the all american will get its praise
Man I so wished the assault carbine had a unique version
Great video, great editing mate.
cheers that means alot im glad you enjoyed!
What mods do u use for the weapon animations? Thanks in advance!
Love the energy, def subbing 🤙
appreciate you!
Another great vid, keep up the good content
thanks! really appreciate comments like this one keeps me going
There's 2 Weapons that i use that player doesn't uses very often.
The first its the Hunting revolver Without Scope (mod) Its Better than the Ranger Sequoia because of the Attachments and have a Better Sound than the Sequoia.
The second Weapons its the Cowboy Repeater on Mid to Late game. Its very Strong with all the Upgrades and the Ammo its Cheap.
(Tip: you can get "Free" 357 Ammo on the Sierra River vending Machine if you find the code.)
the hunting rev is such a beautiful weapon wise choice i left all my ammo in the Seirra Madre because i have a ammo weight mod :(
@jacksbac
Yes, but there's a Vending Code in the Sierra Madre Police station that you can get and use it after the DLC it's done. There's a Vending machine on The Bos Bunker and a Safe that Gives you 1000 Chips after 3 days if you manage to get around 7k on Betting at the DLC. I just discovered that on my Last game and it's saving me Some Heavy Caps.
Also that apply to another Vending Codes around the DLC. So you can get infinite Free Stimpacks And Weapon repair Kits.
.45-70 my beloved 😍😍😍😍
luckys no where near underrated one of the best revolvers.
Never used Rat Slayer! And had previously ignored Sleepytyme but just got it for my current playthrough and can confirm that it's great. High Luck and clearing out all the casinos at Blackjack means it's easy to get pretty early on too (especially if you sneak/run past the Deathclaws straight to New Vegas).
Any ideas why it's spelled 'Sleepytyme' though? Does it reference anything?
not sure what the reference of the gun itself is but there is a G.R.A challenge you can do with sleepy time called "Nyah! see?" and its a reference too Edward G Robinson a famous American actor who was know for playing gangster roles in films
If you're running a Sneak build, Ratslayer is an utter beast right up until the late game. Entire groups of enemies fall to single shots, and they'll never realize you're there.
@@Myomer104 100% who can say no to constant crits
Must say I like lucky a lot sad part it requires 75 in lockpicking lucky with luck 10 is really good though
lucky is such a fucking monster, id say for its hard lock i think its genuinely pretty worth it (you can also just sort of cheese it with magazines)
It would be my fav if it could reload all six shots at once
@@Mentallyheld so fucking worth it Ngl carryed me when I was in honest hearts
@@drewthompson5366You could swap weapons to skip the reload animation. Just save the last bullet on Lucky, so your character doesn’t automatically reload.
Lucky is the main weapon of my character, glad people are gonna start using it more
Lucky is hands down best sidearm
