Just picked up 2017 A3 premium plus today. Super excited.
The rear fog light feature is to make you more visible to the people behind you in the fog. Hence the name “rear fog lights”.
That… and if some jerk is tailgating you too close, i turn them on the blind/annoy them.
You really get to the point without loitering around the same sentence for too long unlike other people. Well done! 👍
I was disappointed about the headlight washers on mine too😂😂
I could be wrong but I think the headlight washers will wash after washing your windscreen after 5 times or so. Check car settings for closing your windows on lock. Had to change the settings on mine and locks and unlocks all windows on the key

I have a Q5 with headlamp washers. You have to use the windshield washer like 5 or so times and on the 6th time it will make the headlamp washers pop out and spray.
Let me say this, I thought it was cool BUT holy shit it uses so much fluid AND you have no control over when they spray. You do have to have the headlights on for it to work also.

A beautifully designed sedan, but love my Sportback. The key fob window control is a feature (open and close) that my 2008 VW Golf had. Brilliant. Your car has the headlight washers, as mine does i think they activate every x times you use the windscreen washers. That's how mine operate.

You can put you’re windows back up with the remote , all you’ll need is the OBD11 and program it

your car should also spray the headlights, but first you turn on the high beams and then wash the windshield and the headlight washers pop out. xenon headlights usually have a wash. best regards, senior technician, service engineer, audi wolkswagen service

For the headlight washer try doing it with the headlights completely on.
No he needs to pull both the things behind the steering wheel simultaneously.

I tried the same thing with my head light washer and it didn’t work for me either.
It must be for higher up models or maybe European

mine is 2017 Audi A3 Tecknik trim, but it is not s line. the front bumber is quite same as yours except the headlamp - mine is square shaped instead of round @@DarinDzy

You need an obd11 to turn on some futures that probably are not activared in your car..
I had an OBD11. car is gone now

I never noticed anything. My bumper had a lot of rock chips. I no longer own the car

The fitment was perfect. Basically flush. I had it lowered so the ride was a little rough but not bad. Doesn't come with remote start

u only have to click unlock once to to open the windows.....but the range is so garbage with these cars that sometimes you have to try twice. The rear fog light is for when theres fog outside or if its raining hard and you want to actually be seen and not be a loser with hazards on.

None of these are HIDDEN. They are featured in the manual.
Hidden as in people may not know about them
Are you really trying to say the rear fog light is a hidden feature? 😂😂 also you use if in foggy conditions where visibility is reduced, so cars behind you can see you’re there. To be honest none of these features are ‘hidden’ and are extremely common along the VW group. My golf GTD and and Audi S3 both have all five features. The golf also closes the windows by holding the lock button in.
