      @@scubavery thank you! Yes indeed I went from just "vlogging for me" to trying to create a video catalog that people can refer to to find diving adventures that are educational. I hope it's working!

    Amazing place to visit - One good thing is that it's all VERY shallow, so even snorkelers can see most of the sites! Definitely worth a day or two, combined with some of the attractions of Naples!

    Been in the sand for 2000 or more years but let’s remove it because the sand is destroying it rapidly 😂 no man fucking around with it is actually destroying it 😑

    • @DiveSAGA
      @DiveSAGA  Год назад +2

      That's the opposite of what's being said in the video. The floors are protected by the sand but eroded by salt water. That's why they're covered with the volcanic sand every day. The status we're protected when they were fully covered but since we're currently in 1000 years of positive bradysysm, they are being exposed out of the sand and would have disappeared completely if not removed.

    • @marksaxby607
      @marksaxby607 4 месяца назад

      They sweep sand over the mosaics to protect them as explained in the video... They are uncovered for a few moments each time and then covered again.
