I live here in Malta, and it is by far my favourite wreck. Excellent job filming and storytelling ;)
@@MatiasBastos thank you! That's a compliment and I'm happy I did the wreck justice!
I dived it with Watercolours twice! Best dives I ever had! This massive ship with its history is impressive!
@@Peacewalker237 yes I agree! I dived with them as well. Excellent experience!
Nope. ROV / gazillion photos of her plus photogrammetry software to create VR experience would be enough.
Edit: That way she would be accessible to everyone not just selected few with pockets deep enough to support diving hobby.
Despite not having the best visibility....it looks like an absolutely beautiful location to dive. Fantastic video!😊
Thank you! I hear the visibility can be unreal on a good day. I'll have to pay another visit!
Cool video I like the flow and narration. Haven't seen many videos from the Mediterranean. Water looks so clear but I'm used to filming in the Pacific Northwest.
Thank you! On a good day the water in Malta can be absolutely spectacular. Same in our latest episode here: ruclips.net/video/rFcMo-M3pgE/видео.html also in Malta!
Awesome Video! 🎉
Thank you! It was an awesome dive!
I can’t wait for the deep dive next week! Very cool episode!!
Thank you! I hope I find the time to shoot the deep dive!! 😄
@@DiveSAGA I really want to see the entry and exit. When I saw the conditions at the entry, I thought you would call the dive. That was intense! I really appreciate what you said about calling it go or no-go. For me that would have been a no-go for sure.
@@juantorres9636 sadly I have no footage of the entry and the exit. It required all my attention so I didn't want to be distracted with filming
Awesome video mate 😎
Thank you! I appreciate that!
Awesome clip
Thank you!
Correction: diving then El Faroud does not require technical diving. Depth certificate(40m is better).
At 3:37 it is mentioned that the water temperature is 7 degrees Celsius or 44 degrees Fahrenheit, that is way too low and I assume that is a mistake? I don't think the water in Malta gets much colder then 14 degrees Celsius or 58 degrees Fahrenheit.
That is a great remark. It's actually an editing mistake. I always triple check the episodes and still sometimes things slip by 😮💨 Thank you for the observation!
Great episode anyways ❤
@@rolf-smit Thank you! Now I can't unsee the mistake! 😂
what is the temp then?@@DiveSAGA
@@JohnSmith-oh9ux 17 Celcius / 62 Fahrenheit
@3:41 no buddy check while you walk towards the water without drysuit inflator attached :) ?
Lol in reality that's probably still like 15-20 minutes before the dive though!
It does feel eerie indeed! Although it could also be your choice of background music 😅
Fun fact: during the actual dive I didn't hear background music and it was still eerie! 😄
Is it your favorite wreck now, or is the Halliburton still at number 1? 😄
No I think the Zenobia is still my #1 though.
