Being useless is what she has been doing all this time. She is in a relationship with a truly talented artist and she is so, so proud she can't learn anything.

Tati technically shouldn't have a higher position than Donna, Donna has been there longer but Donna is just for the show and I think Tatiana really works at the shop and is experienced. Donna is just a good character.

She has been granted a great position on the show but lets her own issues get in the way. She is her greatest enemy and when she truly understands that she will truly go places. I was so ready for Donna’s growth this season! On two different occasions, production flashed back and what she hear and what that person said were TWO completely different things. That’s how you know there’s a mental block going on with Donna! Therapy is always an option for everyone(including me), instead of lashing out! Do and be better, Donna! You have the ability and potential to! 💕
Well said! Therapy is very helpful. 💖 I encourage my friends who struggle with certain things all of the time. I just started myself a couple of months after the loss of my mom and it’s going great.

And why does her husband don't tell her anything letting her pop off every moment looking crazy, like you should be able to tell your spouse when their doing something wrong, I honestly think Alex was just a lap dog for Donna because he never says anything, especially when his now wife is in the wrong.

Donna stays bullying people though so the fact that the producer doesn't want to continue to go that route is something to respect. 9Mag had a whole heart-to-heart episode of Phor mentally breaking down (a negative, but positive outlook). We want to see more growth and maturity on the show, and a person like Donna isn't showing that. She is immature, and still want to cause issues. So, Donna really doesn't have anything to say, and shouldn't even say anything else but "I apologize".

I haven't watched this season at all but just judging from this scene I can see that Donna is over it. It's not even about her being a bully, it's production and Cesar. Everything is for tv and I think she's tired of being the crazy looking one. 🤷🏾♀️
No she's not even an artist, they didn't invite her, she doesn't work at the shop, she's only there because she's dating Alex the only tattoo artist working at black ink in their relationship. The only person making her crazy is herself because she literally jas no say. She literally has less of an importance than Pumas wife since they're actually married with kids.

@@christineb7304 it's simple on camera they can explain in the future why Donna isn't with black ink anymore, this is the season that it happens. Her issue with Tati was bad but interrupting the Atlanta manager who is raising an issue about her employee being disrespectful to women is wrong. This is actually really good to show for the people watching that growth is important, not just for yourself but for recognizing the negative behaviours around you. The producers were right to step in because Donna still doesn't get it. They were wild during season 1 but ever since Puma came back things actually gotten better and better. Donna is pretty much trying to bully her way into staying on black ink and trying to take advantage of her relationship with Tati who has matured past her too.

I've never liked Tati b/c I feel like she's a social climber, but she wasn't wrong in this situation. She was trying to be professional, but Donna feels like she can talk to people any type of way.
It really seems like the Black Ink Crew want to better themselves more in this season. Seems like the Producers want to see the Crew better themselves as well.

I actually love Tati, at first I disliked her for the whole Kitty situation but Tati has grown on me. She does her job and shows true boss lady/leadership skills especially towards her family.

If your girl who doesn't work at your office is causing office drama, you can't be shocked when people consider removing the source of the issue entirely. Donna don't work there and Alex is the only tie she have to the shop. If he not making sure she isn't causing chaos where he has to earn a living, why shouldn't they consider firing him? I can't think of a job where this wouldn't be the case.
