Glad to hear that you kept it... few days after I posted my message here, I've found a gorgeous Mercedes C124 (Coupe version), less than 130.000 kms on the odometer, Diamond Silver with Atlas gray cladding in pristine conditions... none of my previous cars were able to make me smile from the moment I turn the key on until I switch the car off. Love it. Hope that you are enjoying it as much as I do... :)
interesting, a sedan with hydraulic shock absorbers, have never seen where the two tanks are housed for this. When replacing you get there better anyway, so with the T-model

This was really meandering, garrisons, peculiarly Slapdash. How one can be after a car for 7 years - or was it 6? - without knowing what it is, ddfiez comprehension. How you can mistake a W201 (Baby Benz) for a W124, is also just laughable. And then, on top of this ignorance we are then asked to believe that ghis "is a miracle" of German Engineering?! What faith could one possibly have in this individual's "authority." And then we've been after it 4 7 - or is it 6 - years and now we flogging it, so special is it to us. We don't see the engine, we don't hear what the k.s are, we don't hear if it has a,service booklet or maintenance record. I think this is a lovely example of a waste of time.

You never got the w124 in 280....200, 230, 260 and 300
Yes you did and this is definitely a 280 m104, a motor that went on to power the next class, there were only 55000 made worldwide
They also made a 320 m104 and, of course, the 500e
👌🙏
