Could you do a video on your ongoing symptoms even when not feeling “anxious” I have a Myriad of ongoing symptoms that aren’t related to anything else that continue to happen even when I’m not feeling anxious or will happen at the most random times and from what I have been told it’s due to my body constantly being in a stressed state

i’ve always felt like was a very tuff person and that i don’t have anxiety that’s for little girls and what ever. today i’m in class my heart started pounding and i felt very weird. i was stuck in my head and felt like something was very wrong. i’ve never had this happen before. i’m also going through a breakup and i think that might play apart?
Anyone else ever get to where they can’t feel anything, the meds do not work, and you start looking like you have no blood and your skin turns white? Feel like bombs are falling on your head following headaches
I get scared when I start feeling weird and disconnected. Almost feels like im going to die.
you could be experiencing a panic attack, that's a pretty common symptom of one
Blurred vision, half direalization and brain fog is what I’m going through and it’s so debilitating 😭

They can definitely suck. Fortunately, there are lots of ways to manage them, though! :)

I feel high whenever I have a panic attack, also when i get dizzy while I’m laying down I can’t feel my bed, as if I’m laying down on air
Is anyone experiencing tightness in the throat, neck pain, and an inability to sneeze due to anxiety?
That’s a very common one. Also can happen when repressing anger in my experience
