I ordered the LED headlight kit from Aventure Men Cave which comes with its support and the correct electrical wiring for the AJP Pr 7 2X 40W which is more efficient than your configuration (afterwards depending on the country where you are this can be presented a problem because I don't know if this configuration is approved in Europe)
Remember that you install the Dual.5 in place of one upper lamp and leave the homologated AJP lamp... if you want, I have the 2xdual.5 version which gives 11,000 lumens and can be switched on in sections, depending on your needs.
Thanks for doing this review. Was thinking of doing this myself. Any reason why you didn't go with just a H7 LED bulb? Looking at a Narva H7 Surefit Gen 2.
Hi Chris, I went with the LED to get the spread you get from muiltiple LED lights. I don't mind riding at night and so I thought the Led would let me see out wider on the road side where the kangaroos hide. LOL. That's the only reason. Have you got an image of before and after with the H7 install? Regards Steve
The high beam is 5500 lumens and the low beam 2200 lumens. Standard candle is 55W halogen. Rubbish compared to your set up but wanted to keep it original
@@dirtbikeadv I bet they will look alot better on dirt roads mate, I have done alot of day night racing in SA, I used to wind up stators from every enduro bike you could think of, also made our own ac shunt adjustable regulators ,so back before hid and led we ran 15.7 volts to them looked alot like hid in kelvens ratings. Even ran 360watts from xr600s but thats another story.
@@bigals.ktms.9937 Impressive. Yeah this is just the simplest option. Got some crash bars ordered so I might try and mount some spots on those if there not too intrusive
I have had stedi led lights on a bike before and they work very well but just like having spotties on a car only much smaller
Thanks for doing this video, you could have just saved me a fortune, they certainly don't look worth the exorbitant price.
Yeah if they were half the price maybe not bang for buck. Just a bit dear for what they are
Thanks for watching

Yeah found that but said not available when I looked it up. Not sure what sort of configuration it is.
Got any links?

@@dirtbikeadv Haven't done it yet. Looking / reaearching a bit more before I go ahead and try.
How many watts on high is the led light, and what's the high beam wattage of your standard candle.
