Yesterday was my first day they put me in drive thru first day then it was Spanish speaking no one really new English besides the cooks so I was confused and lost then I saw a lady she looked nice and she understood English so she helped me the for the rest of the shift now I’m about to go to work in 20 minutes lol

Of course in the beginning you will do some mistakes with packaging or using the register because it can be confusing or customer's orders can be out of the ordinary, just stay on your toes and follow with directions. Your manager and your coworkers will help you out along the way with speaking and the restaurants procedures. You will even make friends, just be kind and attentive to everyone around you! Rush hours can be a pain, but as long as you provide good customer service you will survive. Fighting!

Yo video helped a lot I'm still here working at popeyes almost two months in now . I definitely realized why I bee felling sick the food is gross because of how it's prepared and the fact they leave the hose to filter the grease on the dirty floor. So many germs because of the ice scoop that everybody touches and the cooks in the back hardly wash their hands

Hi, yes it tells you how much to give back love. Don’t stress too much, plus even though your not fast, you will get fast at giving change in no time. Just study giving change in coins at home ,that helps.

Hi I don’t know if it’s too late, but you can dress normal or down if you want. I would recommend to not wear shorts stuffed. But what you were don’t really batter too much

GUYS READ THIS COMMENT I don’t not suggest working at Popeyes but if it’s sumn u rll want to do then go for it but I’ve worked there for 5 months ,, hated it throughout like the business was just unorganized and the customer service and the managers r just horrible. I was suppose to just take orders BUT NO I HAD TO TAKE THE ORDERS AND MAKE THE FUCKING FOOD and they just be ordering so much shit ,, another thing is these customers have to wait all the time becuz like say they want to order shrimp right ,, ITS NOT DOWN SO WE HAVE TO MAKE MORE and that just keeps adding more ppl in the restaurant and they all got wait for they food cuz it’s not cooked yet like wtf and not to mention I HATED EVERYONE but 2 ppl I worked wit everyone else was a bunch of losers and attitudes. Not to mention I pretty much did everything like fry the chicken ,, season the chicken make sandwiches do drive thru you know ?? CUZ PPL KEEP CALLING OUT FROM A SHITTY JOB THIS IS and not to mention manager will have u on a 6 days a week 6-8 hour schedule ,, sure the money is good but we need breaks sometimes and she does not understand that ,, I’m suppose to clock out at 10 but HOW TF DO I END UP CLOSING DOWN THE RESTAURANT WHICH IS LIKE ALMOST 2am. But yeaa that’s what I had to say had to get it out my chest but for those who’s getting a job there good luck !! And hopefully your experience isn’t the same as my experience 🙏🏾

I have NO CLUE how to make the orders after taking them like I don’t know which chicken is where and I literallly have to do this TOMORROW someone explain where all the different chicken is located and what I have to do 😫😫
