    I can’t tell you how many of those exercises I looked at and thought “oh my gosh, I don’t think I can do that! Maybe I should try it without weights first.” But I pushed myself to keep the dumbbells in my hands and try. EVERY SINGLE ONE was not only possible, but easier than I expected because of the strength I have gained in the last 20 days. It feels PHENOMENAL. Thank you Caroline, for helping me be my best!!!!

    I was so not in the mood to do today's workout. Now I'm done, lying in a pool of sweat on the floor, and couldn't be happier that I did it. The music and fast pace make it that much easier to power through. Thank you for putting out one of the best (if not the best) workout programs I've ever tried.

    I can see our Epic team growing and getting stronger and stronger. I hope more and more people get motivated by these workouts and change their mindset. This is a hard training but also professionally engineered, to me rather like meditation - I learn to focus on inside, on my muscles, breathing etc. Better than any cognitive therapy (: I love every second of being a participant of this really Epic journey, also I love the changes in my muscles, muscle strength and endurance.     This was soo great! Towards the end I thought: “These work outs are getting easier”. Then I remembered that’s probably because I’m getting fitter. Such a great feeling being able to do all the moves without having to modify anything. Thanks as always Caroline!

    Made it to Day 20! I started Epic 1 last year but only made it to Day 13. This time I started prepping back in December with the holiday workouts and now I’m very thrilled to be here finishing week 4. I’m 55 so shout out to the older gals - take it a little slower and with lighter weights as needed and you can do it! Thank you Caroline!!!

    Hi Caroline...time for Sunday morning HIIT! This looks great...a good variation to do dumbbell HIIT. You say you loved it, Caroline, so I’m sure I will too!

    I LOVE A DUMBBELL HIIT!!! This one did not disappoint!! We smashed this one together and using the lighter weights did not make it easier!! We absolutely loved the combo moves and even some of the new combos! We can’t praise this workout enough Caroline! It was magnificent! 💫 My hammies & upper back are still sore from Fridays full body so this felt great! Looking forward to tomorrow’s session! See you all then!! Keep smashin’ it! 💥👊🏻

    I had a lot of fun during this one. When I heard you were using 6kg, I decided to drop my weight as well, and initially I was worried this workout would be too easy with 2kg per hand but you put me through my paces and my body is grateful.
    HIIT became a regular part of my routine when lockdown started last year, and I grew to hate how tired it made me constantly. I really enjoy your workouts - especially the HIIT - and I can feel that my body enjoys moving this way.
    Thanks again for all of your hard work, Caroline. My favourite part is at the end when you look at us and smile at the fact that we just completed that (beast of a) workout :)

    Another great workout! My muscles are so confused they don’t know which way is up! Lol. Sorry to hear about the lockdown in Northern Ireland. I’m in Ontario Canada and there are some cities, including Toronto, that have begun restrictions again due to rising cases. Stay safe, Caroline. We’ll all get through this with your workouts! A definite bright spot in what has turned out to be a challenging year. ❤️🇨🇦

    My lumbar is sending many thanks for this no jumping HIIT! It was very challenging too! You're an amazing human being, Caroline. I've tremendous respect for your work ethic.
    Although I'm not far from your age and in shape, degenerated disks force me to skip many of your challenging HIIT workouts that incorporate more jumping. Admittedly, I become frustrated trying to figure out a modification that's just as challenging without jumping. Somedays I feel my spine too much (Crossfit ruined me).
    I'm still forging ahead and find inspiration here!
    Note to others: If you were born to play hard, don't ignore pain and pursue its true cause.

I start exercising at home March this year, I bought light and heavy weights, dumbells, elastic bands, sand bags, my living room is like a mini-gym. And I love and enjoy this a lot. I used to search on youtube only dumbell workouts and this is how I discovered Caroline and her workouts. But on her channel I discovered so many other amazing playlists also body weight workouts which are totally amazing and not that easy to do. She is amazing and I am so thankful for this Epic program, it fits perfectly for me! Have a wonderful and sunny day you too!

    Hello Caroline! Its snowing like MAD here this a.m. I took another “day of rest” yesterday, very VERY reluctantly - twas the last day for me to create handmade Christmas cards to bless people in my neighbourhood - with these upside down times I feel that being able to check on people and spread care and positivity is really important, so I carefully weighed my options and (because I could not do EVERYTHING) on my to do list, I knew this was the right choice. Today I feel super rested and, thanks to your killer workout this a.m., stronger to plow through the snow we are promised to get all day long today! I pray for you and your family, that you are “nesting” and staying safe. Thank you for the light you shine here in my world. Sending warm thoughts on a cold day. Xoxoxo

    That was just absolutely perfect.. I loved every single move.. I am addicted! I went down with the 5 kg, just because I like it's grip better than my other weights. I must say, they felt do light compared to our usual heavy weights.. I went along with you just fine! I really loved working the entire body at the same time with all the different moves. I am continuously amazed by your ever creative combinations!. Just an FYI, I wouldn't mind working all day every day with you.. No breaks needed :).. You are strong, you are awesome and kind. Your smile is contagious. Your encouragement is reaching us. Your pauses while working out, speaks to how human you are and that it is ok to pause.. Thank U. I am seriously so happy right now!

    Were it 20 days ago, I wouldn't be able to do this complex with 5 kg weights, but I improved my strength and skills during the previous epic days, so here I am, doing it with these weights without straining myself too much. Thank you, Caroline!

    I loved this. It was my first EPIC HIIT that wasnt a low impact option. I absolutely loved this workout. Very fun! I used 3 kg, and it was perfect.

    Speechless. Action speaks louder than words ... so I completed this TWICE!!! I thought the Friday’s workout flew by BUT this HIIT went even quicker!!! 🔥🔥🔥
    ✅10/18 - First round: used both 10 and 5lbs DB. 146 max HR.
    Second round: Used 10lbs all the way to the pass through move. 153 max HR. 👊 My core was on fire during the flyes with legs raise. Whoooooooo! Thanks, Caroline! 4 weeks of the EPIC program under my belt and I feel so accomplished. See everyone tomorrow! 🙌

    Thats another Sunday of to great start. Its amazing how adding DBs (used 7.5kg) really up the itensity and also even though they are light I feel tighter than I did after back and biceps and chest and triceps earlier in the week and they were heavy sessions. I just love these combined movements which mean that the 30mins is over in no time. I have to say I think I tend to go one DB up from Caroline on the upper body and the same on the lower body. Actually sometimes when I see Caroline in motion I just marvel at the shear commitment to the mission.     Loved this one! I have to admit that I rarely do your HIITs because too many advanced moves ( I'm 58 so issues with knees & wrists), but with added dumbbells I decided to try it. Still some moves were tricky but easy to improvise. Please do more of these with dumbbells.

    I LOVEEEEDDDD this workout! it was very dynamic, challenging but not impossible. Also, I've noticed that my abs and core are stronger than ever!!! Caroline ur absolutely the best!

    Cannot WAIT to do this next Thursday, CG! The effectiveness of this program has been beyond words at times. I am loving the challenge of every single workout and look forward to it every day.     I'm putting everything I have into this program. My matt has multiple faceprints in it. Never been to muscle failure so many times in a week. There are a few things I cannot manage due to age and the resulting lack of flexibility, but I do other similar exercises in place of those. My love handles are all but gone (getting a grip demands strong hands lol). I was already in pretty good condition. Now I'm just getting better definition and stronger. Thanks to this obviously very sweet lady who is also completely BADASS!

    Loved this! My favourite Epic Sunday so far. I’m very petite and struggle to gain weight/muscle and I’m already seeing results, paired with my daily yoga routine after working out. I feel stronger, more toned and generally fitter. These workouts have been my silver lining of this strange and turbulent year. Thanks so much Caroline 😊

    Drenched ,, Yes , had to go down 3kgs some moves but did some with my 6 kgs
    Time Flew past , So many New Moves for me ,,,

    Husband with haircut now putting outside recoiling hose set up make it easier for me

    Never beenNormal but
    Very Happy during this time to achieve working alongside

    Does anyone else get excited when they hear Caroline's intro music??? It gets me so pumped! This workout was a beast... the sweat was real! I used 3 kgs and i was so amazed at how strong I've gotten because they felt like a warm up!

    This was such a fun workout. It went so fast, I was surprised when the burnout came up. Looking forward to day 21 tomorrow. I used 10lb dumbbells and started with 20 minute jump rope first. 58 yrs old and just discovered you, Caroline. Thank you for your workouts.

    That was a great hit workout!! Lunges with the rainbows was challenging with balance but able to take my time and do it. Thank you so much Caroline for doing these videos for us.     This dumbbells HIIT is out of this world!!! This is definitely going to be super intense!!!! I will post here how I feel after doing it in the evening!!! No doubt I am going to enjoy doing it so much .Only Caroline can come up with such workout which has so many new variations or forms and targets each and every muscle and also makes you enjoy it like never before.
