defiantly an event to see at least once in a lifetime. I'm a Pontiac fan and owner(trans am 455HO 1971) in France. Maybe next year I can come over to see all that nice stuff! Thanks for sharing👍
like it, but would have been nice to try to show all of the pontiacs that gathered for this event. i was with a group of 97-03 grand prixs, we were many and at least 4 got awards. show some love next year.
Great video. I like the narrating as opposed to playing music. I like to hear commenting on the cars. The Trans Am at the 9 minute mark was a 74 Super Duty not a 71. I wish you could have spent a little more time on that one. WOW. But there all Pontiacs and all Great. Thank you
You're very welcome! Yeah, I like to cover the cars I find interesting. And you're probably right about that '74 (it's hard to film and peek at the data sheet!) If you like narrated vids, check out Sunbird Garage's show coverage @sunbirdgarage2774 - he got a lot of the cars that I missed!
Love the Straight Six Row-my best car was '68 Sprint convertible-my worst car was a '77 Astre-didn't see any of those, thankfully-lol-thanks for the video!
Hello never been to this event. Planning on going in 2024. I want to rent an RV and stay on grounds. Need to rent a golf cart for my brother who lost a leg. Looking for some advice and guidance on how to do this right.
What an awesome event. I love anything Pontiac. 💪

Thanks for sharing. I've been going there for 19 years and entering my 2002 Formula in the car show. This is my favorite show of the year.
I can't believe there are so many Pontiac's especially the OHC 6 cylinders. Thanks for posting!
Excellent video from a Pontiac fan. Thanks for sharing 👌
enjoyed the video, especially a particular red 2006 GTO and that 1929. wow! interesting there were hardly any (do not remember seeing even one) G8s.
Thank you for doing on video on the Ames Nations!!! AWESOME!!
Thank you, just what I was looking for.
You’re totally welcome! Had to watch a video last year because I couldn’t make it so I thought I’d return the favor.

Yeah i knew i’d find someone’s comment here about that.
Dude doesn’t know his Pontiacs 😂

And I think there were some of the Pontiac 4 cylinder ones mixed in there too, but didn’t know that at the time (the half 389s from 61-63)
Love the firebird!
That 1980 Sunbird is AWESOME! Oh wait.... that's ME! LOL 😁
Awesome! Really was cool to see it out there!
PONTIAC !!😁😁😁
I wish I still had my 1969 2+2.
I hear ya! I have up my 67 Firebird 400 and the 80 Indy pace car TA. Still kicking myself. But... I'll have the LeMans at the Nationals next year!
I think we may have crossed paths a time or 2 there LOL
Ha! It's totally possible!

Well, I was just a visitor to the event. You might reach out to the Ames Performance Pontiac Nationals people!
