@@samuelgaona7196 but this is the regular season.... can we save the playoff talk until the playoffs.... This is the reason why the NBA regular season is ruined-everyone only wants to focus on the playoffs

@@donovan4222 Wins aren’t a QB stat. Allen has 27 touchdowns to 6 picks, Lamar had 9 touchdowns and 9 picks. Allen leads in: Completion % TD % Passing yards Rushing yards Success rate EPA/ Play

He wasn't terrible against the titans in 2019. That's BS. It wasn't his worst game that year either. He's talking just to talk now. He was responsible for 500 yards of total offense.
Nick erases from his memory any facts that disagree with his agenda. Like the 500 yard titans game and the texans game. Coaching and playmakers are the main reason they've lost.
Exactly 💯 People have really short term memory. How did BAL defense do against Henry in that game? They couldn't stop him. His receivers were also dropping passes all game.

So did Burrow last time he played that same team in the playoffs. Maybe the Chiefs defense was just on their game that day? Ever considered that Nick? He’s only played 2 playoff games in the last 4 years because of injury. The Chiefs defense was just that on another level last year and Lamar had to play them.
Nicks wrong and overly critical about Lamar but 1 playoff game in Lamar's career against a rookie hc and rookie qb is not something even remotely impressive especially when compounded with how terrible he is in every other playoff game
@larry2281 Allen and burrow have never made #1 seed so they have to play more games against weaker competition. What's Allen and Burrow's record with the wildcard round removed

It's as simple as this. Did Michael Vick win a Superbowl? Is he not one of the most famous football players in history? Lamar is viewed differently for some reason, the media just constantly trying to dog him for no reason
Nick is consistent with his logic. He did the same thing with Jokic when he was winning MVPs and hadn’t won. Now he gives Joker tons of respect. When a player does great things in the regular season but falls apart when the pressure is the highest, it’s fair to not want to give them the highest honor until they prove they can come through. Lamar, Harden, Embiid, Judge. All guys who fit this same description. Maybe Lamar rewrites the story this year. Either way the criticism is fair for now.

I remember Nick one time saying “Lamar is the one QB that scares me because he can beat Mahomes if he’s on his top flight game” but you would never hear him say that now lol I wish I could find the audio for that and compare.
Things change. For example, we saw what a Tyreke-less Chiefs team did to them in the playoffs. Then the Cheifs got them again at the beginning of a season. How could you not regain confidence from that? Lamar is in a prove it situation, we know hes great in the regular season. The playoffs hasnt been so kind, thats just a fact

The problem with Nick's Lamar playoff argument are the sample sizes: Lamar - 6 playoff games Harden - 166 playoff games Football is exciting because so much hinges on each game. Waiting for it. He loves kneeling down and opening his mouth for joe.
Everything he said about the missed calls was absolutely true. It came down to the fact the Ravens were lucky that the Refs missed the call.
Ravens have the whiniest fanbase I’ve ever seen oml
Burrow played like qb2 and Lamar had the refs on his side and a lucky 84 yard td
I mean did you watch the game?
Nick vastly over exaggerates Lamar’s playoff failures. Last year Lamar had 289 yards per game, 5 total tds and 2 total turnovers in 2 playoff games…statistically that’s better than Joe Burrows 2021 Super Bowl appearance run.
He criticizes Lamar for putting up 17 points and losing, meanwhile Mahomes won the afc championship last year putting up 17 points.
Lamar was a fumbled touchdown and 1 redzone mistake away from beating the chiefs last year, and yet Nick acts like the ravens were blown out and Lamar can’t compete in the playoffs. He’s no more Aaron judge than Joe Burrows or Josh Allen are. Nick is just using playoff statistics from 4 years ago to act like Lamar is the only one who hasn’t won a superbowl yet.
Its a team game and they know this. Except when its their favorite qb then they cherry pick stats to support their point.

Nick is definitely a Lamar hater
I think the frustration from Wildes and I get it as a Ravens fans is that Lamar every year because of his playoff struggles gets pushed to the aside and then has to show everyone again why he is a only second to Mahomes and no one else. Every year Nick and a bunch of these haters will say it’s 1. Mahomes 2. Josh Allen 3. Burrow 4. Stroud 5. Stafford and list goes on and on and then Lamar because oh his last playoff performance. Nick just forgets about the Texans divisional round game where Lamar played well. He struggled against the defense Nick says is one of the best defenses in the last decade the game after.
