    This was really helpful! Would love to be able to chat with your [triathlon] guests off-line for further insight re: how they're using UCAN i.e. quantity and frequency + mixing i.e. energy+hydrate during their training and racing.

    Missing a discussion on quantities... a figure often cited is that a marathoner requires 60g of carbohydrates or more per hour, are we talking 12 UCAN Edge over a three hour race? 16 over four hours?! Starts adding up quickly.
