I tuned in at midnight to binge all the way through. Even took the day off from work. Made it to about 6 AM, then woke up at 9 to finish it off. At 11AM though, all hell broke loose and work called to have me come in. Full zombie mode. It was awesome, but sucked, but was totally worth it!

Age of consent in Indiana is 16, so no big deal. Besides, he must be 18 by now. He was a senior in Season 2, and this is like 10 months later.
He's meant to be Nancy, Jonathan, and Steve's age so he's probably about 19 in season 3, if we're going by traditional graduation age

And it wouldn't make sense if they left it here because the ending was kind of left open. After the ending credits it's clear that more has to happen. But I do hope they end the show soon. I dont want it to keep going for too many seasons because it might end up feeling repetitive.

Dante Ferrise I thought the edits from a horrific moment into a silly cheesy moment were terrible. Totally killed the flow. They made Hopper into a fool, which I didn’t think was funny at all. I guess we all see different things. I thought it was just OK. Hope next season is much better. If I wanted to watch a silly 80’s movie, there are plenty to choose from. I expected more from this series.

probably the cocaine scandal last year. it ended up not being true though. just look up charlie heaton cocaine, some stories will probably come up

I didn't catch it until I watched this episode a second time, which was just now with you. The music that plays as Billy walks to his lifeguard chair is the exact same music that plays when Phoebe Cates gets out of the pool in Brad's fantasy in Fast Times at Ridgemont High.
I hope you’re releasing like an episode a day or something.. or at the very least you binge them and upload whenever you want. This season (like the ones before) is really just a long movie with a clear 3 act-structure. Watching in 8 parts is honestly ridiculous, no way you won’t get spoiled by the time you finish the series in 2 months

I thought it was like one long cheesy 80’s movie. I guess if that’s what they we’re going for, then they succeed. I wasn’t feeling it, but I just tried to ignore the silliness and enjoy the good parts, which were well done at times. The scary scenes and special effects were great. The story not so much. They made the 80’s the theme and not the characters.
The song played while Mrs. Wheeler is getting ready to meet Billy is by The Cutting Crew, not Bryan Adams. They were a one hit wonder.

17:49 yep amazon is the mall of this era. my dad grew up in a small area and when the mall open up about 15 mins away from his town in 82 many ppl stormed to that place and stores he knew in downtown and near his school went out of business. and it all comes down to convinience which is same as amazon. malls back then everything is all in one area. clothing, tech, food, entertainment and jobs for teens/young adults. which my dad did get a job in there for the new theater. now today clothing and tech can be shipped. food delivered through doordash, grubhub, uber eats etc. entertainment is easily accesible now through phone, console or computer. and like what malls did to small towns back then now today some malls are becoming ghost malls because not enough ppl go in.
