Agreed that pointed toed shoes are great! Yes for more fashion content! My tips are: always making sure clothes and shoes look well-kept, clean, are wrinkle-free and don’t have balled up pieces on them (like when something has been worn a lot), always wearing 1 accessory that matches your outfit (aside from your bag, for example a scarf or hairband or sunglasses), mix in unique patterned/colourful pieces that have some neutral tones in them with another neutral piece and my personal rule is not to wear more than 2 colours at a time (rarely three), but that’s just me lol! And finally if you’re on a budget and are buying items from cheaper stores where the buttons aren’t very nice, buy gold buttons from the sewing store and sew them on to replace them, it makes ALL the difference !
I live in a very hot tropical climate in the U.S. so I go with whites and light neutrals. I do wear black slacks as well but they are 100% cotton and I only wear them as bottoms, no black near my face. And in the summer - wide brimmed straw hats! I get so many compliments from them.

Loved this video. Superbly informative and helpful. When I first stumbled across your videos, I wondered why you didn't wear more colour. I thought, with your delicate colouring, that you'd look stunning in colours. But now I see that you look gorgeous just with your own style. It really DOES look very elegant, graceful, expensive. Cant fault your taste. I wish to upgrade my wardrobe too, but my challenges are being a busy mother, and not having the motivation that comes from leaving the house often. I basically stay at home all day. But I really do want to dress nicely just for my husband, so thank you for the inspiration and the advice!!!
For me, dressing modestly is a form of respect to myself. I don't need to show everything to everyone to be elegant, beautiful or interesting. I have much more than just my body to offer. Treat yourself like you're expensive and you're gonna look like it :)
Where i live there arent many hijabis. If its cold, I will wear a pashmina over a jersey undercap. Or i might wear chiffon or jersey scarf and put a wool or fur hat right on top! Summertime, its chiffon over a lace undercap. Great video, as usual! Thanks again!

I think that we as Muslims often forget that we should not try to look expensive and stay as simple as possible in our lives, simplicity is a part of our faith which is so beautiful.
I can’t stress this enough. Often many reverts look into Islam because it’s a simple HUMBLE religion. My intention is not to criticize her, or judge her but I think these type of teaching go against the essence of Islam. God bless her, she is gorgeous but hopefully little girls watching this don’t get the idea that looking expensive is the norm

I think it's just mich easier to look expensive with much colder climate type of wardrobe. All those jackets, sweaters definitely make you look more polished even if you get it for cheap. For me in Malaysia it's just too hot to even bother to look 'put together', n you end up with the same loose cardi, t shirt, since it's the only thing that's comfortable 😅

I love that your passionate about your preference of Fashion but please remember that not everyone has the same taste. Fashion is a way of expressing yourself and you should be allowed to do that in anyway that suits you . Bold colours , neutrals etc. It’s not always about looking expensive. You can look expensive and classic and be dressed in bold colours and everything you said not to do - it really depends on the person and how they work the outfit .
