      This can be programmed on a control from 1980's. Just Needs a Fanuc control equipped with Macro B option on a lathe with a servo driven spindle (and Y-axis in this case).

      Trichoidal milling will blow your mind then, its worth checking out.
      It really displays how little we humans can think like robots. Simple(ish) coding changes like this can speed up the manifacturing of a part quite immensely.

      @@robokid20001 the servos are fine with anything you throw at them. Better bump up the lubrication dosage if doing that with the ball screws all the time though

    I did similar eccentric machining on swiss lathe, Fanuc can handle F30000. or even more as your code shows, but Mitsubishi M70/700 can't go more than F8000.
    Good trick anyways!

    If you want to learn how to do this on a 2 axis CNC lathe without a C axis follow me. I will try it one day and it can be done if not needing good accuracy. (might take a year for me to be bored enough)

    You could also write
    WHILE[#103LT600]DO1;
    ...
    END1;
    WHILE statements are safer than GOTO spaghetti programming. Also in this case a local variable like #100 is preferred over global variables #500 because it's not used outside of the program so you keep that global variable clear for other uses
    Wish I could try that to impress my colleagues but I only have a C-axis doosan

      Feed is turning speed. Its milling Mode use G98. Try F10000 and go higher if it will be to slow.

      You need Y axis as well. There is no Y axis in program but machine is doing circles in Y axis
