You can also remove the weather stripping on the wiper cowl if you want to hear more whoosh sounds. I did it and it doesn’t let water into the engine bay which is a concern I had. Try it out!

I have been having issues for about a month with my secondary air system. I’m getting P2440 (Secondary Air Injection System Switching Valve Stuck Open Bank 1) I have a 2017 with 33k miles. Thinking I’m gonna have to replace the valve itself just like you.
Turbo leaks oil on turbo blanket = car goes up in flames. Just an FYI. It would seem that's primarily why car manufacturers don't use them from the factory.

Heard about this happening. The blanket material is good at trapping heat but once there’s any oil spill or leak it can be dangerous

Hey man, I have the same code. Do u just replace the sensor or the the entire air pump? Im Not sure what to do.
Replaced the pump and reset the code. It never came back. Some have deleted it by adding a ‘block off plate’ instead.
