Exactly! It's not just stylist who are bad business people. I ordered a cake and she wanted all the money upfront a week before l need the cake. I told l would give her 50 or 60% and the rest when l received the cake. She said that how does business. Lousy business why would l pay you all upfront and no guarantee l will get the cake..😮

That's not paying all upfront . If you know what her work looks like then it shouldn't be a problem because that's to make sure you really want the product.

I loved this talk I have heard a lot of horror stories about some of the new hairstylists I feel so blessed to have moved for work twice and have had amazing hairstylists with great customer service and years of experience I’m so glad that y’all took the time to shed light on this topic 💕💕
