Bears Caught On Enclosure Cameras Before Hibernating

Here’s a little sneak preview of what we are lucky enough to witness on enclosure cameras at the FPWC rescue center. This was captured before some of the bears were doing some final checks and preparing for hibernation a few months ago. 🐻
Normally these cameras are purely used to keep an eye on the bears at all times for monitoring purposes, but we thought, why not share these beautiful and natural moments with you too. Especially considering YOU are the reason these bears have a second chance in the care of our partners.
Who else can’t wait for the bears to poke their heads out and return to Spring’s sun? ☀️

Breaks my heart to think of all the bears in cages who don't even get to hibernate. Thank you for saving these bears. Til every cage is broken
