Hi doc. Am your new followers ❤❤🎉 i love your exercises
Welcome to our channel. ~ Vibrant Support
This is awesome
Hi Dr. Bri. Love all you do for us! However, do have a quick question. I notice that alot of this is with two legs off the floor. I had pelvic floor surgery with mesh in 2019 and was told I couldn't do any yoga or pilates with both feet off the floor at once. Would this be considered doing just that or would it be safe for me?
I would recommend seeing a pelvic floor PT for individualized advice ~ Leila
Wonderful thanks. Felt great and easy. I still have the Pilates dvd and chair accumulating dust ...I. need to take it out of the closet. I do better if I can just insert dvd on monitor. Dr Bri, do you have dvds or cds available for purchase...
Unfortunately, Dr. Bri doesn't have any CDs or DVDs at the moment. ~ Leila
Thank you 😊
If you're struggling with pelvic floor weakness or bladder control, give Dermalmd Vaginal Tightening Serum a try. It's been a game-changer for me.
Is this prolapse safe?
Yes. Make sure to follow the instructions, and listen to your body and stop/modify, when needed.
Great 👍
The bridge on wall gives me really bad back pain. Anything i should be doing that maybe I'm not?
I'm sorry to hear that the bridge on the wall is causing you back pain. It's essential to prioritize your physical well-being, especially when engaging in exercises or activities that may potentially strain your body. Check your form, warm up and stretch, modify or stop the exercise. If the back pain persists or worsens, I recommend consulting with a healthcare professional or a physical therapist who can provide personalized advice based on your specific situation. They will be able to assess your posture, movement patterns, and any underlying factors contributing to the pain, and recommend appropriate steps to address it. ~Leila from Vibrant Support
Are your workouts for any prolapse type?
Yes
Good workout, a bit too talkative ❤
