The Sand Compactor (the thing that looks like a flashlight, used to displace large amounts of sand)
Shield (the thing that looks like a wristwatch. When activated surrounds the body with a force field)

Wow Shane, I'm actually shocked you went with InArt directly for this. I was expecting a breakdown with your iconic "price comparisons" in this video. Personally I had to go with Kit for this just for shipping & customs reasons. No Muad'Dib mouse for me 😞. Pretty cool you went straight with InArt for the experience! Great vid 🐁

. I can’t afford to pay extra 30% on a figure cost 500usd.
Probably I’ll need to pay extra 150usd because of the taxes and shipping cost.
It will be more expensive but I’m curious to see how it will work. How long it will take to ship to me after it’s released, shipping cost and timing etc
I think the Muad'Dib mouse is a must. Most who are purchasing this are pretty much just diehard fans, and any savings purchased elsewhere will be negated by the ridiculous aftermarket prices that the little mouse will fetch.
Regarding the movie itself, I don't see it as two parts, but just one long movie with an intermission. So I don't quite get why someone who loved the second one, wouldn't also love the first one (as it also has the same production quality, cinematography, and sound design). Sure, the second part has the pay off, but I truly appreciate the build up in the first one, and that it actually can hold its own as a standalone (if the 2nd part was never made).
I'd compare this to a movie like Saving Private Ryan. The second half of that movie is the pay off, but the first half is equally brilliant in its setup: establishing characters, the gritty tone, visual aesthetic and pacing. You can also probably split that movie in two parts. And like Dune, the first part elevates the second half, and the second elevates the first. I wanted to get this Paul, as soon as I saw the first Inart pics. And that was based on the strength of Dune 1, which was thrilling as a standalone, and now strengthened by the payoff of the 2nd movie.
Reality is they are 2 movies albeit based on one book.
Disagree on saving private Ryan. The intro starts on Normandy on the d day landings. It’s one of the most action packed, intense and shocking sequences I’ve ever seen. Action packed although harrowing.
@@OneSixthFigureFocus I agree the D Day opener is one of the most impressive sequences in cinema history. But let's not kid that there's much action like that after, until the last act of the movie. I experienced that sequence theatrically and it changed me.
The first sandworm scene swallowing up the spice machine in Dune 1 also left me in awe. On a 70mm Imax in 1.43 ratio, it was a game changing experience, much like that D-Day sequence for me personally. It took sound design and technical mastery to a new level, that I hadn't yet seen in cinema for decades.

Pre ordered this, it’ll be my first Inart and I couldn’t be happier with it. Put a PO down on both the standard and deluxe will see which I like better in hand

Im in the same boat. Saw first film and thought...eh. But seeing this figure...I may PO and I havent seen the second film yet. The figure is slowly calling me. Maybe I need to get back on my meds?

I know nothing of Dune and I'm completely unfamiliar with the costumes and why they wear what they wear. But I keep looking at this chopped up, Mad Max motorcycle suit...and wondering why he's got knuckle armor on his wrists...I can't imagine a purpose for that...and it's all I can think about...
For fighting? Also punching the sand. It might make sense when you watch it
