So Good! Steak and Pepper Stir Fry Recipe - Easy Pepper Steak

This pepper steak recipe is so good, so delicious, and easy! Steak and peppers stir fry recipe that takes no time at all, perfect for an easy week night dinner.
INGREDIENTS
2 lbs Flank steak
2 Tbs olive oil
2 Tbs soy sauce
1 1/2 honey
2 cloves garlic, minced, for marinating the meat
1/2 tsp minced ginger , for marinating the meat
1/2 Tbs adobo
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 Tbs corn starch
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 small onion, minced
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 tsp minced ginger
salt and pepper to taste
3 to 4 Tbs olive oil
For the sauce
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 Tbs soy sauce
1 1/2 Tbs corn starch
1/4 tsp black pepper

Hey Claudia! I love your channel!! You are such a talented chef and person. I am pretty much pescatarian now with the exception of some chicken. But when I was a kid my mom used to make pepper steak (back when I ate meat). I wanted to recreate that same experience with my son who is such a picky eater. I tease him that he should be a food taster because he knows when an ingredient is missing or needed. He is 22 now and I encourage him to cook. But the best compliment that I could give you on this recipe is that someone who didn't eat or like veggies will fall in love with them. My son was like this is "GREAT"
