eh, it still looks flat. In the Mandalorian they have physical props. You should use something like that as a background not, midground and background. Have the character as the foreground. Put the props as the midground. and then put the green screen as the background and it'll look 10x times better
@@karthikravid369 I appreciate their effort too, but just remember don’t try to aim for lookin low budget. There’s things u can do to make it look real without breaking the bank🙂
I've been looking forward to this development for a LONG time, and actually just started teaching myself UE5 last week as a render tool for my 3D motion graphics!
I've done a lot of research on this, and I believe it is the future of the film industry. I'm working on a project as soon as the full version releases in early 2022.
Man i really need your help i am almost at my last year at my high school and i want to do 10-30 min short film as a job. And i cant choose that because ue5 is very new that there is not a lot of information for me to make a choice if it is going to take place succesfully in film-making. What are your thoughts on this subject as someone probably knows better than me.
you cant say that bro since corridor is more complicated pipeline and also i think that son of a dungeon will be a lot better than this since sam has 2 years of experience in unreal
Fast time i know about unreal engine Its seriously amazing. I never happend that is very cool. At last i understand this software worth of the next level Vfx😊😊😊
I am begging you... *BEGGING YOU* to please either explain, or link to a tutorial on how to get your pre-recorded greenscreen footage into Unreal 5 & how to key it. This is only covered for a few seconds around 2:16 ... but this is literally the most important part of the process & you don't explain how it's done. Can you please either explain the steps to do this, or link to the tutorial you used in order to figure out how to do this - because as a beginner it appears quite complex (importing media / media textures / media players). Any more information would be *very* useful not just to me but anyone trying to do the same thing. Thank you :) [edit] I have looked for several tutorials on this, regarding Composure, but none of the ones I have tried work with Unreal 5.
Really cool however many of us watching can't afford a RED one camera and the fancy equipment. I do have a Green Screen but the rest of the equipment is just out of my reach. Unreal Engine is in my ability and the assets are nice. Thanks Epic for that.
Well now that Unreal knows where this is going maybe they should do a filmmaker version where it's easier to set up with no plugins and trackers that they recommend.
For real, I’ve bought cam link and VR just for this lol. Which isn’t cheap, and I’m having a hard time figuring out how to set it up with my canon 1dx ii 😭
that looks really good, i've wanted to try this out but didn't know about that composure plugin and just being able to use my vive controller to track the camera^^
So i just started doing vfx shorts on my channel, as i'm just starting to learn about Ae and hoping to change my boring channel to something more interesting. It's very cool stuff!
Not to burst the bubble but for the final scene, with such little movement a simple greenscreen and finding a random pic of google and adding a gaussian blur and moving it right would have done the exact same and saved so much time lol
It's amazing how we started from paintings and came to real-time 3d production.
@Davideokay yeah right.
Tech is evolving. And I agree it is amazing
The final clip is fantastic! You guys did great!
I agree!

@@AnimeZone247 Aw jeez, they are showing us just and example how to achieve something like that in low budget. Appreciate their effort.

Tbh looks like green screen from 1999
I would work with this team without any salary. You're very entertaining guys
Me 2
Same me
I would also

That's insane! I've yet to experience it fully, but the interface is quite neat
I've been looking forward to this development for a LONG time, and actually just started teaching myself UE5 last week as a render tool for my 3D motion graphics!
I just started as well. Can you recommend any good tutorials geared toward filmmaking?
I was looking online for tutorials for unreal engine. And then I got this notification 😂
Lucky
Glad we could help! 😎
Yeah it's hard to find tutorials geared toward filmmaking. I started learning last week and am kind of lost
Can we have a detailed tutorial? From Input to processing and rendering?
yes, Pleeeaaaassseeeeee!!!!!
I've done a lot of research on this, and I believe it is the future of the film industry. I'm working on a project as soon as the full version releases in early 2022.
I will be waiting

How is that going?
Corridor Digital could have used this tutorial for their production of Son of a Dungeon if it released before HAHAHA
you cant say that bro since corridor is more complicated pipeline and also i think that son of a dungeon will be a lot better than this since sam has 2 years of experience in unreal
They're doing an awesome job and Sam has so much more experience than us, we are all really excited for "Son of a Dungeon" 😁
wtf. they have been using unreal for more than an year now
@@mr.antzstudios Yeah of course!
They were also doing this before a lot the setups have been codified. Also depends on version of Unreal being used at the time.
So thankful for these episodes. Learn every day!
Always getting better
cant wait to try this out .. thanks guys
Me too my man
The first pr tutorial i followed from you guys.
"Real time 3D video production"
My computer: He... He.. He... *NO*
Amazing what can be done in a few hours without any outside help or prior experience in UE, truly unbelievable (and not misleading in anyway)
6:54 How to output Composure , Thank you 😊
SUPER DUPER YOU ARE DOING GREAT!!
Loved how that project turned out! Jordy must have had an easy day working on this video.
welcome to unreal bro good vid
Yes!!! Fantastic tutorial... 🔥🔥🔥
How much would you say, costs a decent setup. Just for Camera and the device for tracking etc.
All.

I had been waiting for a long time for you to make a tutorial on Unreal Engine.

I want to see if we can do this with a cellphone
This is formidable! Very nice video and tutorial guys! Thank you!
You 3D work is fantastic
This is amazing! WOW 🤩
That reminds me of how the Mandalorian is filmed with the live dynamic background screen.
It's indeed the same technology except we don't have a cool dynamic background screen 😅
0:40 sounds great 🤣
"Liberries". That's my favorite sort of berry. Yum!!
I was just looking for a good software for these type of projects, woah, thanks man!
More IN DEPTH tutorials of this please! 🥺 I’m still having a hard time understanding the set up
me too
same here... im a bloody UE beginner and need to know how it works in detail
Yea same! Can we get some hands-on setup of the wireless video workflow and tracker setup? Thanks!
Your energy lends charm to your videos 🔥❤️
wooow i love unreal engine plz i want more tutorials about unreal engine and green screen ...tnx alot men

Unreal engine becoming real bro this is awesome.
Wow it's amazing
Yeah we are planning to do something like this in future 😊
A greate thing really coming soon 😁
Corridor Digital struggled with this when testing for their D&D vid, I think
Amazing! Best regards
0:06 part of your left hand dissapears for a sec. It must've clipped out of the camera's view. Still, u guys are awesome! :D
You guys are the best for covering this 🙏
Two of my favorite things colliding, Unreal Engine & Cinecom.net!
Please make a video what equipment should we need to use in unreal engine making a music video and short film,,,

Wow, wow, I'm speechless actually.

Amazinggg!!!!!!!!
This is awesome!

Been doing similar for the last year. Some camera tracking would be beneficial.
Really a great work! Thanks for sharing! It would be better to know how to make composure work in sequence recorder!
So i just started doing vfx shorts on my channel, as i'm just starting to learn about Ae and hoping to change my boring channel to something more interesting. It's very cool stuff!
Unreal Engine is impressive. Good video! Yannick has to work on his "th". Smooot.

Hi! how do you send unreal engine videos back to the monitor? do you need a second set of video transmitters?
I would love to see the same, but without green screen but projection screen behind the actor to see real lighting - similar to Mandalorian.
That's an awesome idea 🤔
Maybe i need a camera first
SO SMOOT
Finally you got a sponsor other than storyblocks 😜
It looked great! I would only say to match the camera settings in Unreal to match it better
This looks cool and cinematic man loved it
Great work! MetaHumans next!
It's totally unreal!
