    Thanks a lot Doctor. I have been suffering from various orthoneural issues like Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, numbness in feet , hands . I underwent a small procedure near TMJ in last April . The part you showed below ear is swelled . Following your 1st exercise and the one for pressing below ear I can feel some immediate positive impact. I have stiffness in fingers which are swift now . I shall practice and let you know the improvement after a week.

    Thank you. This was a missing piece from my youthful Martial Arts exercises that had been neglected. We use to do a lot of neck strengthening and stretching exercises. After the exercises I would feel rejuvenated and have a sense of mental clarity.

    I would like to improve my front neck it’s becoming more wrinkled than my face. I have tried face yoga and chin has improved greatly thanks to you. I did this exercise wrong but since listening to your message it has greatly impacted so I am hoping you will have something on this matter.

    I had laminectomy on my vertebra 1-4 and I need some exercises to strengthen my neck muscles and I do not know whether these exercises would be beneficial. Thank you for any help/advice you can give me.

    Thanks Dr. Alekseev, chiropractors here in Canada could not truly help me, sometimes in cold damp weather I have neck pain on my left side C1 area, as head weighs 15 lbs. or nearly 7 kg. so muscle strain & neck pain obvious as C1 vertebrae was damaged as I was born a triplet...we were heavier babies I weighed 6 lbs. and smallest was 5 lbs. @ birth.

      Try lysine , Nac, natto, B1 ,mag glycinate,molybdenum,Turkey tail mushroom, lots of different animal meats for complete nutrition mussels, sardines/fish, beef and organs. Reduce carbs , first meal at 10am last at 530-6, that'll give your digestion rest so your body can get to work on healing.

      Try Win Hop breathing exercises. That saved me during that horrible situation. It is also for relaxing. I never God covid and rarely get will!
