You're talking complete gibberish. Although I would've agreed with you 6 months ago. Now I know about PCIe, SATA, RAID, Ryzen, TITAN, RTX, ATX, DDR4, GDDR6, 32bit, 64bit and a load more.
Damn i just started learning about PC, well the components and things like that and i agree with your first comment, but hopefully as time goes on I’ll be disagreeing 😂
Here are the contents of a pc described as body parts Cpu- The brain, it makes the pc a pc. Psu (power supply)- The heart, gives power to everything. Motherboard- The body, all things are connected to the motherboard and needs a decent psu to live, nothing to weak or powerful. Gpu(graphics card)- Really I can't compare it to a body part, it makes games run smooth in short. RAM- memory space for the brain to use all at once Ssd or hard disk- Storage for all of your things like games, pictures, videos, etc. Note: ram is to run multiple things at once and ssd or Hard disks are for space for things you aren't using. That's how I see pc components so I don't confuse new people to pc's.
I have a question. I’m looking for a graphics card to run BO3 in particular. Does anyone have any recommendations? I don’t care for max settings or anything. As long as it can run on fair textures, and run smooth, I’ll be good. Thanks!
Just had my friend help me build my first pc. I didn’t understand any of it when we were building it but after just a month I noticed there were some things I wish I knew before. He did a hell of a job with tucking and tying my wires. I think if I ever build myself one again I’ll try and go at it by myself.
Power supply = vigor Motherboard = strength Cpu = intelligence Gpu = faith Ram = endurance Ssd or hard drive = arcane You’ll be lucky enough to have space
So... case is important, but only once you have everything else purchased and then you can figure out that everything is compatible... that way you can always have room in the box... yes?
Thanks to you, this dad will come through with a kick ass birthday gift for my kid. I'm slowly getting into the building of them and this video kickstarted it. Thanks!
I liked the video, but you seemed to have entirely ignored a very important aspect when choosing your parts and that is compatibility issues. I've never done this before and I am inexperienced in it, but a lot of experienced people have told me that some parts CAN be incompatible with each other and it can be a very real issue. I don't know if it's true, but you might seeing as you made a video on building a pc. Thoughts?
I have used PC for many years I used PC of my relatives But now it's time for me to buy one but the problem is I know very little about inside information of a PC
Great video! I’ve just recently started looking into PCs and I’ve managed to find all the pc parts that I want (and feel will work great together) but the only thing I’m having trouble with is the motherboard and case(but that should be easy once I find the motherboard that I want).
Absolutely brilliant video. After finally getting a job I've been able to look properly into PC building, and after doing some quick research on the basics of terms came to RUclips to learn a couple more of the details. Your video was recommended first, and I'm glad it was because the way everything actually fits together makes way more sense now and I feel a lot more confident with understanding not only what each piece does, but how one section can affect another and work alongside it! Thank You!

2:40 I think that's not the appropriate comparison to be made. NVIDIA's reference card should be on their own segment since it is made and sold by the company itself. The NVIDIA's 3rd party "brand-exclusive" manufacturer counterpart for the Sapphire and XFX on AMD Radeon should be GALAX and ZOTAC.
The most minimum computer I've seen people get is... for free. There are pc builds for any budget as long as you're willing to accept used, for new, they got for as low as 300$.
Then you are trying to spend too much. I started my first PC build with about $900. It wasn't much but it ran the games I wanted to play. Since you are 12 I would stick to console gaming for now and wait until you get a job in high school. I saved up until my senior year to get my PC.
Every time I go to pick a build for parts, I pick a basic one that’s around £600 and then I start picking more parts and before you know it, it’s like £1500 when I’m only wanting to spend under £1000. Should I just go with the basic and will that be okay? Because every part just sounds cool so I pick the middle ones and even then, they slowly stack up. ):
Nice, I think 32gb ram is a bit overboard rlly, I would only ever go 16gb max unless I'm doing something like big video editing renders ect. Hope ur enjoying the pc tho!
This is a great video! Though I have one thing to add on to what you said about the ram. When buying ram, don't only look at the frequency of it, but also the latency, because there is a chance that if the ram you are buying has a high frequency, it could also have a high latency and you could get different ram with lower frequency and latency much cheaper and that performs the exact same. Here is a video explaining frequency and latency incase anybody doesn't understand them ruclips.net/video/_WsfeuWI7mU/видео.html
Looked up your video because I’m looking to switch from console to PC and I never touched a PC unless it was for school/work. Seems easy enough with your videos
me who has the money but doesn't know where to start(yes it's my money not my parents, the only thing they brought was my gaming chair and I thank them so much for that)
Got my year end bonus paycheck of $1,200 and decided to treat myself to a computer upgrade after half a decade (current build is something my sister's ex whipped up with garage sale parts lol) and now I'm researching as much as I can to figure out how I can build myself a handsome computer that will run my games faster than 3 frames per sometimes. But honestly I think I'm going a little overboard with the performance I'm looking into, really the most I'm going to do is play modded Minecraft and crappy FPS shooters lmao. Still, videos like these are helpful for computer noobies like me who just are hoping to not get scammed while shopping Edit; noticing that most computer fans and RAM are fitted with rainbow LEDs... This is probably a no brainer but I'd really just prefer one steady color or no lights at all, I hope that's something that's commonly available.

Did you find them?
Literally here to ask this.
This is the third time I'm watching this and I still don't understand it haha
Guess I'll stick with my laptop
Thank you for the advice I have ordered the same components you advised in this video!
I have no idea what I’m doing but this video really helped. Thank you!
2:19 monkier lol 🤣🙉🙊🙈
Lol
This is a great video! Though I have one thing to add on to what you said about the ram. When buying ram, don't only look at the frequency of it, but also the latency, because there is a chance that if the ram you are buying has a high frequency, it could also have a high latency and you could get different ram with lower frequency and latency much cheaper and that performs the exact same. Here is a video explaining frequency and latency incase anybody doesn't understand them ruclips.net/video/_WsfeuWI7mU/видео.html
you really out here saving lives(money). thanks
The things I do for my Boyfriend 😂 watched this so I could finally understand his tech jargon

Looked up your video because I’m looking to switch from console to PC and I never touched a PC unless it was for school/work. Seems easy enough with your videos

Only seven people, I guess we’re just DIFFRENT
Bro I'm going to try and do this this is mad complicated than just buying a console and plugging everything in
Meee
me who has the money but doesn't know where to start(yes it's my money not my parents, the only thing they brought was my gaming chair and I thank them so much for that)
Fun fact if you say fun fact the people will read all of it
Got my year end bonus paycheck of $1,200 and decided to treat myself to a computer upgrade after half a decade (current build is something my sister's ex whipped up with garage sale parts lol) and now I'm researching as much as I can to figure out how I can build myself a handsome computer that will run my games faster than 3 frames per sometimes.
But honestly I think I'm going a little overboard with the performance I'm looking into, really the most I'm going to do is play modded Minecraft and crappy FPS shooters lmao. Still, videos like these are helpful for computer noobies like me who just are hoping to not get scammed while shopping
Edit; noticing that most computer fans and RAM are fitted with rainbow LEDs... This is probably a no brainer but I'd really just prefer one steady color or no lights at all, I hope that's something that's commonly available.
would a nvidea rtx 4070 12 gb graphics card and a AMD ryzen 7 7700x 8 core cpu be a good combo?- im a first time pc builder thanks!
