    Spiked fences are terrible. Those and bushes. Every time I see one I want to vault it, but until I saw this I didn't know of any way to do it. Thanks Ronnie!

      You can sometimes dive roll over bushes. As a freerunner you can also sideflip.

    Ronnie, I feel you talk more about safety in these videos. You do show the most important aspects related to the best way to execute each part of your moves in your tricks, but i think it's really important that the people watching are aware of how dangerous some of these tricks are, because they can get seriously hurt by doing a sport that's really cool and they enjoy.
    Anyway, great video as always, and congratulations on that nice trick you came up with, you do awesome work here.

    Thank you! I was looking for years for a proper method to get over those. Simple gatevaults obviously do not work. A front-handspring also works. Tim Shieff did one over a spiked fence in a recent video.

      Bring a blanket

    • @onreact
      @onreact 6 лет назад +1

      Do it the Fight Club way. Bring a mattress and throw it over the barbwire. There is no way I know of with just parkour other then side-flipping over it without touching anything. That said places that use barbwire are generally not very parkour friendly. Think police or military bases. They may be very upset when you go there.

    • @clementibeh2620
      @clementibeh2620 6 лет назад +5

      start with the easiest stuff to help your confidence grow and then look for people in the local area who train outside as well, trust me it helps a lot. You realise with them that failing is actually not that bad, you laugh at each others mistakes right before you help them up and because youre having fun, it tends not to matter what people think + by training regularly you'll lose the excess weight, dont worry too much about it

    • @onreact
      @onreact 6 лет назад +5

      I train a few times a week at the same place so that people who see me there know me by now. They get used to you, you get used to them.
      You get used to looking stupid. After a while you stop caring. Then one day people will start being amazed so you get a confidence boost.
      Also I combine my moves in a way that the awkward moves get followed by impressive ones so that people don't think I'm a weirdo. First I'd do some strange Yoga stretch, then I'd do a one hand push up and so on.
      Last but not least you will lose weight and gain muscle so being a little overweight won't be a problem for long.
