Very well said Ronnie, and thanks a lot for mentioning that: For the full body wedge, BE CAREFUL. I did it up a 10-12m high building and the last meter was white painted, thus slippery. Thought I was gonna slip but I didn't. After I finally sat on top of the roof, I felt more insecure than ever before. I realized I could totally have killed myself. Never was I or will I be afraid or heights, but this is the first time I was scared for my life doing parkour/climbing. If there is only a single way to reach something, to get somewhere... Don't go for it unless it's a safe one. That's my main problem.

Pipe climbbing is the most useful. I can climb wherever I want with pipe only, which is a lot on building walls
Im tehnically a monkey, and whenever I see like a wall with holes, I leave everything I was doing and go climb that wall... or like I dont use swings like a normal person, no, I start climbing on the top bar thats holding everything and when I sit on it, I like to scare my friends and just let go as I fall down, with my legs holding me xD they die everytime! Or on breaks, you know those basketball boards where you score points, yeah those things, I climb on them during the lunch break, we have them outside, and we dont have a caffeteria, so we go outside to eat, and I climb on them and watch older kids play as they be looking at me like "Da fa-" after some time they got used to me, and started to greet me every time. I mean yes I liked them greeting me, but what I liked more is looking down on all those kids, I felt so guuuud! But I dont know where to practice these tricks while the only place I can go to are my streets.. Im watching this while quarantine....*me is saad*

6:52 we used that on obstacle courses alot at A-School for rescue swimmers. Parkour techniqies helped me so much on the obstacle courses and ronnie helped me improve alot! Rock climing is a breeze for me now!

parkour always fascinated me when i was little, it felt like a way to defy gravity and climb obstacles that no human would normally be capable of
When I was little I always loved climbing and now I'm almost 12 and I still like it this tutorial was very useful

I've been doing this stuff since I was three; Not entirely in the way he did it, but rather door trim, hall walls, jungle gyms, and anywhere else there was something to climb. Climbing has to be one of the best activities you can do to build all your muscles... Parents, if you want your kids to grow up strong, give them obstacles to climb over.
