I grew up going to daycare next door to the original owners home. That truck has been that clean since it’s whole life. Used to have one of those storage boxes behind the sleeper is the reason for the longer wheel base. They trucked for landstar and had pretty much any trailer to hook to and keep it loaded.
That old Walmart cabover was fun for a time, but can’t fault you for letting it go to fund the resurrection of Rooster. Let the next guy have some fun….for all of those bellyaching about Westen’s truck, they fail to recognize that there’s really not much left from that truck that was salvageable outside of the drivetrain….most builders would’ve told him “tough luck, come get it out of here”. Tim ate the $15K and gave him a replacement frame free of cost. Feel free to name anyone else who’d have done the same…..

Tim I've figured out a good Air Force shirt put a finished picture of it and since it's Brax truck and he says "hey dad " put that saying on the back with the picture.
If the cabover has to be sacrificed for Rooster, so be it. Some of my favorite videos are of Rooster walking up these mountains

My uncle was a truck driver here in Australia for a lot of years and yes I went with him on a lot of trips into the Australian out back healing cattle, my uncle would drive a ( what is here a triple trailer or B triple or B Quad 4 trailers ) running cattle from central Australia or central Queensland to a break down point where other would combine the Beef couches into two and travel to the city Abattoirs.

I love the truck but definitely would rather see the k100 instead that is my dream truck. But in all honesty the projects going on now would be worth the money you'd put into buying/fixing new trucks.

We got a 6NZ pushing around 700 that we routinely pull up to 200k in our 389 and I absolutely love that motor. Never EVER had an issue with it in the 7 years I’ve been around the truck
You have a 6NZ so he has too say I am building a 1000 hp truck ! Old school chicken haulers would run rings around his trucks !

Oh trust me, we all know your NOT RUSHING getting westens truck done lol it's been almost 2 years
They are doing it right. Not rushing and had a major shop fire destroying their livelihood in the process. They had to do things to keep them afloat during a trucking downturn as well sitting 5 of their 13 trucks bc no loads. They will get it done right and NOT on your timeline.
I love that brax has the dream and hopefully the market back to honest we he gets his chance. Go brax.

So now we doing cliffhangers, dirty. Lol. Definitely looking forward to the decision. 377's always looked like 70's muscle cars. An after thought. But the color, mods, and engine in that one made me a believer. That will look real good in the fleet.

Cab overs is my favorite glad to see some are being saved,sometimes old iron gets the job done.and great video hope family doing well wv coaters in Williamstown west virginia is the shop you need to build your trucks,sand blast shop and paint shop with twin overhead cranes.would be worth checking into.just off 77 interstate before you cross into ohio.check it out !!!

I've seen that 377 on FB Market place, it's a clean truck. Mine is down in the shop again, like it is every other month. But bossman loves his Newer Emission trucks
That 377 would make a fine boat puller, buddy. Leave the 389 to pullin' moo-moos, take the 377 for boats.
Man, I've never been a fan of the 377, but that thing looks great. For me, the colours and the way they were used make it look exceptional, and all of the bling and the obvious care the owner took with it as well. That 377's Detroit sounds good, but I do admit that I am biased. Tim and Braxton sound like my youngest son and I lookin' at trucks, we just can't help seein' the potential in every dang truck heh, heh. That Kenworth would make an outstanding project truck, those rigs have good bones. Well, Tim, ya ended this one with quite the cliffhanger...leavin' us hangin' on what happens with those trucks hahaha! Good luck with 'em, I hope whatever the outcome is it is a positive thing for ya. Terrific video, guys, thanks!

And here with another swap. I’m guessing we’ll hear a lot of whooping and hollering about how he loves this truck, it’s going to take them to the next level, and then I don’t know how we’ll survive this. In a few months, this truck will disappear as well.
Hey I used to drive a 9670 and I put a t- handle Hurst on it and it was fun and easy to shift.
If Braxton keeps at this business he will have this one of the biggest trucking companies in the country in ten years of him taking it over and I will put money on it!

Thats just a common off the shelf gm map sensor that is available at any auto parts store.
You could ditch the caterpillar ecm all together and go with a aftermarket universal engine management system.
