I was a real estate paralegal, I even did the closing on the sale and purchase of our old/new house last year…and yes 9/10 closings are last minute and there are a lot of fires put out behind the scenes sellers and buyers never know about. Our closing was pushed back a weekend and we had to spend three days with our house in boxes with a new born and toddler! Just breathe The finish line is in sight! And your new home is beautiful 🤩

I can’t imagine not having one and I’m very clean and organized so they come only once a month and I just maintain in between so makes house cleaning a bit more manageable. Oh what the heck! 😂 Our 29 year old daughter has been loving baking lately and she made a candy cane bday cake for me this past weekend... she went to the store and bought a $20 meat mallet just to crush the candy cane with!! I want to tell her to bring it back and next time use a darn hammer like you have for yours! 😂😂😂
That doesn’t sound great….our home in VA long story short we flipped the house and houses there are messed up so anyway tons of interest/offers. My husband is military and we were buying another house anyway we took an offer they were super annoying. Gets to a week before closing and the guy had a rental home in Covid forebearance and it basically almost fell through, but he added his dad or someone to the credit part instead of himself….we still got our other house because we had initially qualified for it using only my husbands income so we added me and it was fine, but it was a total mess the other house closed like a month later then planned.
Praise the Lord on answered prayers and you’re closing soon! ❤ I am the same way with chicken, I can never get it to taste good 😆 I’ll have to check that chicken out at Trader Joe’s!
