Hi Scott, I bought the CD of distance spirits directly from you maybe 3 years ago at grand canyon. I got something huge spiritual energy while being psychedelic through your sounds. You are the one of the messenger from the universe who has a potential as a musician.
just beautiful music from such a big flute , pictures are stunning though i never tire of seeing NA country just as it was in the old days.. your flute playing is very smooth and wonderfull on the ears
i would love to visit this part of the earth one day. your music seems to me to have sprung right out of the canyons. thank you for sharing with us. :-)))
Best I've heard you play the anasazi, Scott! Also, really nice song you wrote there....one of your better ones for the Anasazi flute. In looking at your photos, no doubt one of the serendipities of having to log in so many miles. The southwest is indeed enchanting. Kind regards, Keith
Great song dear Scott, I'm from Ecuador South America and a great follower of your music, I'm very interested on getting the New Fire Album, hopefully we can find it around here sometime soon. Congrats!!!
Sweet playing, bro. I have a Native American-style flute, though it's not an Anasazi. So what kind of set-up you go? Microphone, audio interface, laptop, reverb... how do you pull this all off? :)
Right, bad memory I think he just said B, or Bminus. He told me that it was the same key that is used in the demo for your "chaco canyon flute sample" on his site.
+Scott August Thank you Scott, I look forward to learning from your book. I am a bit curious as to why there are not more Anasazi flute players? It seems like a beautiful instrument. Is it because of the difficulty?
Brings tears to my eyes...

Inspiring, Scott. Thanks very much for doing this.
Scott, your beautiful music with your southwest images take me back to the places I love. Maybe your videos should be longer so I can stay there... :)
In your life you must see Scott August play in concert. He's a truly amazing musician.

Ellis Flutes, Geoffrey Ellis maker.
Hey Scott, I just purchased a Anasazi flute (B#) from Geoffrey, do you have any songs in this key range on youtube?
+Stan Darsh, B#? That doesn't sound right.
Right, bad memory I think he just said B, or Bminus. He told me that it was the same key that is used in the demo for your "chaco canyon flute sample" on his site.
That's B-flat. I have songs for that style flute you can play in any key. They are in my book Kokopelli's flute.
