beautiful -- love the feeling -- I wanted an Anasazi flute but unfortunately the length and hole reach is out of possibility for me.... Love the sounds of them.
Try looking for one in the key of C or even D
I have both C and D in regular native American flutes but I will continue to look for an Anasazi one as well. thank you for the suggestion.

I just ordered the new Geoffrey Ellis 7 hole basketmaker in Bb. Do you have any plans on writing a book about it? I have your original book on the anasazi flute.
I have some information here cedarmesa.com/more/puebloflutes.html You do need to be a registered member of the Cedar Mesa site (free) to view the the page that talks specifically about the scales of the flute, including the 7 hole version. Personally, i'm not a big fan of how it turned out...the flute that is.
