Your videos are so helpful, my teacher only taught us how to get a 90° angle the way you did the second one but the first way makes me be able to find the 120° angle as well so I find that a lot more efficient

There are two ways to construct 90° and both ways are shown in this video. First way is that 90°is in the middle between 60°and 120°. Second way is to draw 180° (i.e. to draw a line) and then to construct its bisector.

Fine and all, but why to do all this when we can just use a protractor to make the perpendicular line and its bisector with even more precision? This chapter is mostly omitted in my school syllabi, but I have to do it as a preparation for the next year, but I see no point of doing it 🙄
