Radians are a unit of measurement for angles. They are the standard mathematical way to measure angles in trigonometry and calculus. Unlike degrees, which divide a circle into 360 parts, radians measure angles based on the radius of a circle.
One radian is defined as the angle subtended when you take the radius of a circle and wrap it around the circumference. In other words, if you were to walk along the edge of a circle for a distance equal to the radius, you would have traversed an angle of one radian.
In most mathematical calculations involving angles, radians are preferred over degrees because they simplify many formulas and make mathematical relationships more elegant. For example, the trigonometric functions (sine, cosine, tangent, etc.) are often expressed in terms of radians in mathematical contexts.

OK, your video is very good, but you have not explained why using Radians is better than using degrees. The 360 degree circle is arbitrary. I want to use a 378 degree circle so I can divide 7 into in 54 for my accurate Sacred Geometry drawings on CAD. How do I do this and how do i find the points on the circumference for my rays? Thank you.
