Thank you so much for making this video. I have been deep in the google eco system for a while. I have been trying other systems but this seems doable. At the least I can tweak what I am doing now with google services instead of getting information overload with another system. Thank again. I am new to your channel so I am definitely going to subscribe!

Hello Demetri. This system is definitely not for me, just seeing this gives me anxiety which is why I use a bullet-journal system on Notion plus an accountability group to keep myself accountable. Calendars clearly do not work for me. However I did *like* the video and I do appreciate the effort you put into making this video. Well done! I've been following your channel for over a year, could be even two and I can certainly say that you work really hard on this channel and that you are constantly improving your content.

Thank you for this video. At my job they limit the tools we are allowed to use for security reasons, so I have been trying to figure out a productivity system using the google suite and it’s been a nightmare 😅

Anyone know (or know where to ask!) what would be a good note taking system for acquiring and using knowledge about a complex system? Would be used by multiple people, so I'm thinking cloud based (so probably not Logseq, which I use), entering notes would have to be quick and easy, and it's not always obvious what keyword one should be searching with, so I'm thinking of linked/networked notes. Thanks for any suggestions!

Shared Roam graphs could work? Alternatively, maybe Amplenote?

while incredibly powerful, i just think for my personal workflow, it feels too overwhelming for me to actually use it

I was really excited and interested in this video... until I found out they have discontinued Tables.
Google is so frustrating that they get to like 80% of a good thing... and then kill it. Keep would be great... if they let you do folders, page links, markdown, and in line tagging. Docs would be a suitable alternative... if they let you do inline tagging and searching.
Only thing that makes me consider apple is how good their integrated system is for this stuff.

How do you share Keep notes into Notion?

Unfortunately you kind of have to manually paste them in there from what I can tell. Sure you can hyperlink them in a way but, that's not great either
