Life plus 30 years purely on circumstantial evidance is crazy especially when it the main charge was attempted murder. Ive seen murderers get out in under 15 years
10 if good behavior
His lawyer should’ve contacted the police and recorded her testimony. What an evil witch to say he deserves life in prison without parole whether he did it or not. She calls herself a Christian? She needs to read her Bible regarding forgiveness.
Wow!! The story about the escaped prisoner!! I know the man that was talking in the update and I know that liquor store as well, I live here. Wow that really shocked me…
I honestly don’t think Thomas attacked Nancy, their conversations in the hospital if he truly did attack Nancy wouldn’t she have been scared of him for it, plus that guys fingerprint on the door he was a mental patient and had no idea why his fingerprint was found on the church door that is suspicious as hell, yes Thomas cheating was a dirty move and it sure does make him suspicious bit I don’t think he did it.
Even so, he should have accepted the plea deal, knowing how unreliable her memory was. Now the only way he will be released is if he gets sick, which given his age and Covid-19, can happen real soon. Nancy died 5 1/2 years ago, so her true attacker will likely never be known.
I agree
you are just trying to make yourself feel better abut an unjust situation
Innocent people act like that. There's a huge difference between being guilty and imprudent, and being innocent and ignorant about the dangers! 👍
The other woman said she thought Tom was divorced right? Tom said he brought her into the house to care for his injured wife and had NO IDEA it could be perceived otherwise. You can’t even get your lies to agree with your lover’s statements. Which is it Tom? Cause it can’t be both.
God bless the Vietnamese family.
Whenever I see a bird in a cage I sense a sadness that can hardly be described. Nancy said she hated her husband for his affair. Thomas admitted that he felt like he didn't have a wife anymore. I think that the fact that his "lover" came to his place shows that it was a lie that she was planning to leave him and rather that she was considering to marry him, as planned. It also shows, to me, that his pain was real. Still, he was honest and naive. Nancy, as I see it, became bitter and chose to get her revange instead of facing her own wrong doing, by becoming a bad wife absorbed in work. She had caused the ruin of her marriage and now this tragedy offered to release her from the next. It ended up being so. But, it became Thomas nightmare.
I really hope that something can be done about this. Heaven still awaits those who suffer injustice on Earth. Blessings.
It's usually the religious types that are the worst but he's been stitched up royal there, I don't think he did it personally but then again I don't know him, some people are tricky as fuck and religious con artists are the best about. 😉
He was a truck driver. It was Nancy who spent all her time - more and more - at church. It seems to me that his job there showed his love for his wife who sang in the choir.
The pastor said "Nancy had bumped her head"
I think this was put so for him not to worry.
What a CREEP 😲 it's hard to believe she didn't know the man how would he know that tickets were available at the church? He didn't kill her but got life! I've seen people that killed 3 and out in 20
Some Thomas fate was given based off of a scorn bitter hurt woman. Smh!!! You can remember you were married as well as who you were married to, but you can't remember the face of your attacker all of a sudden the one time when it mattered the most...??
Never get married... Noted!!
Kenneth Ginter. One does things one regrets. He had been in jail for almost ten years. That people got to know him as a kind person shows that punishment changed him and life gave him a new opportunity. It seems really strange that the person responsible for his escape wasn't punished. He wouldn't have been able to do it without her. And the fact that he surrendered shows that he changed. May he have what he deserves, either here on Earth or in Heaven.
Mad Maggio case is unreal, like he tried to murder someone, shooting him and only got 5 years in prison. Just unbelievable lack of justice! he is a total psycho and should've never walked the streets again harming others. Thank heavens his innocent victim wasn't killed by him. Then only served only 2 years after everything else he did after that. No justice whatsoever.
why can she remember the ominous man with the white hair and then not ?
I think he is not guilty. There is a différence to cheating on someone and murdering someone.
Either way, he should have just taken the plea deal knowing how unreliable Nancy’s memory was. She died five years ago, so we will likely never know who attacked her. The only way Thomas can be released is if he is sick, which can soon happen given his age and Covid-19.
@@thesubwaynut BINGO HES NOT TO BRIGHT.
@@thesubwaynutYou are who you are, right? Isn't it just sad that those who can help don't and those who want to help can't?!
The cops grassed him up with hypothetical bullshite.
Damn, Mr. Drake got stuck pretty well

@@thesubwaynut how’d you find out she died?
@@happydayz7857 I found her obituary. It is on her article on the Unsolved Mysteries wiki.
April and Kristin are not the only victims. Sex may be a trap. It is not sure, but to be surrounded by friends and family may show that there are more chances for it to be or become love. May anyone affected this way may have the assurance of an afterlife.
Paul Flores is in jail for the rest of his life
Thomas Drake said that he's not the kind of person that could hurt his wife, so I guess all he could do was CHEAT ON HER
I mean... yeah of course cheating on someone is hurtful and the wrong thing to do but murdering someone? You can't really compare the two. Ppl cheat every second of every day. Those same ppl that cheat aren't all going around killing ppl.. use your head 🤯😑
There is a wide gulf between cheating and killing someone.
He also said no human being. He wouldn't hurt anyone like that and he had a hard time trying to understand how anyone could do such a thing upon another human being.
She was cheating on him with her work that took all her time and attention and she gave her marriage nothing.
I think Tom was guilty, he was a dishonest person. Going to church does not always mean you are a good person, sadly…
Lol at Thomas Drake 😆
My question with tom is that he probably knew the attacker because the unknown man was in the car at the same time when he went into the church. When Tom left the church , he never said nothing in his interview about the car of the unknown man was still there, which was a huge red flag to me. The attack happened shorty after he left and then he was called less than 30 minutes later about the attack. He then moved another woman in. Sounds fishy to me. I dont think Tom was honest about the whole situation because I think it might have been a set up.
Thomas Drake never expected his wife to survive the attack, therefore he had the guts to invite his mistress and her son into his house. Most likely he got rid of her stuff since he was supposed to be "divorced".
The wx-wife of Tom. I'm sentencing U to dirty thoughts(80 days), nonmarital relations(650) and picking up nose (999999999) US Justice system🤦
That white haired guy looks like Jeffrey Epstein in the video picture 😂😆. Bill Clinton close friend 😂😆
