Had the same type issue with a 2005 6.0. We could hear air leaking through the Oil Fill cap on passenger side when i performed an Air Leak Test. So we took the Valve Cover off and did another Air test. Could definitely hear Air leaking so we pulled the Dummy Plug and it looked fine. Pulked the Stand Pipe and all the O-rings looked good. I removed the Oil Rail and pulled every Injector and checked every O-ring on the Injectors and they looked fine. Now im confused, So I replace the Nipples and O-Rings on the Oil Rail and reinstalled the Oil Rail and performed another Air Test and still had Air leaking. Now im confused and pissed off. So a guy on a different video of this issue tells me its the SCT fitting. Well the HPOP was replaced with a updated SCT fitting just 3 years ago so im not putting to much thought into his suggestion but its in my mind. So I pull the breather element hose off the driver side Valve Cover and do another Air Test. I could hear air leaking and put my lighter up to the hose and it was enough air to blow out my lighter so I said FK it and pulled the Valve Cover off and went straight to the Stand Pipe and sure enough the bottom O-ring was decaed and split just like yours. I replaced the Dummy Plugs and Stand pipes on both sides and did another Air test and I can still hear aut going through the Oil Rails but nothing coming out. Put 145 PSI to it and it held that pressure for 20 minutes. So tomorrow I have to put the Valve Covers back on and install all the other crap and we should be good. Its got Air in the system so its gonna have to be cranked several long times to get that Air out.
I just bought a set of standpipes from diesel site that have two o-rings at that location between the two pieces. The motorcraft keep failing on me after a year or about 20,000 miles.

The updated ones have nylon washers on the bigger orings., not the smaller seals.
That is the updated one

I saw those, too! I got high hopes for them.
What is that part call and where it goes? I have that problem with my 05 ------6.0
Stand pipes but check your injection pressure regulator and oil rails they all have rubber gaskets just like the video
Good looking finger print ☝🏻
