Great work as ever Dan. Tidy job no doubt the customer is very happy. Good use of tape on your cut 😂. Thanks for taking the time to film for our enjoyment. All the best Pete 👍
Yes nice to see you get the blow lamp out Dan .I don't like the knuckle bends on wast but if you had some to use up it's OK lol .hope your keeping busy iam very quiet at the moment scratching along retirement could be coming early at this rate lol
To be honest I only really use knuckle bends but I can see why you don’t like them haha. Work is really quiet at the minute mate, I’m about 3 days in front. Where as I’m normally 2-3weeks
@@Heatking iam sorting up my scrap at the moment I haven't taken any down for 2 years were iv been so busy I reckon iv got 2 Luton loads her indoors is doing her nut as it's all in the garden lol
Cheers Derek. It was done like this on an old regulation. It was just a loop between hot and cold pipework under the sink. However…. Its plastic pipework feeding this bathroom so wouldn’t make a bit of difference anyway haha
@Heatking thanks for your explanation.its nice to watch a young chap like yourself who takes pride in their work..keep up the good work bud..you will never be out off work..

@@Heatking yeah can do it through biffa themselves but they can be a bit funny about collecting from residential areas. They do collect it from my driveway though
Good job. Think the customer hasnt got a clue though. Far better sort out flooring plaster board patching painting after strip out. Customers always right though 😂
Nice little job that, you mentioned rubbish, I used to take it from the job, but just ended up storing it in the garage to the point it got in the way, then either got a skip or did two or three tip runs, pain in the arse, plus the fact you should have a waste carrier’s license now if your a business, it’s just not worth the hassle, I don’t mention the waste on my job quotes now, so at the end if the customer asks I just say it’s down to them to get rid of it, still get plenty of repeat work so still🤷♂️
Cheers Paul, and you used to do what my dad does with his rubbish. Which you’re right… is a pain. And with the waste carriers, we got to have one to take scrap to the scrapyard too 😳.
I really enjoyed this video mate !! Also did you say they paid or didn’t ? Also what did I say about GLOVES ? That bleed shed was karma. If you noticed you mocked that very song “keep bleeding” earlier in the video so I’m here chuckling lol Sorry not sorry 😊 Let’s keep getting the BIG 5 let’s go

I swear by them basin maits i've never had a leak yet even when they sit slightly on the piss....Where do you get them plastic washers from ? i normally use pipe clips but would prefer the cleaner look of a flat plastic washer
I get them out of close coupled kits mate that I’ve not used. Normally with siamp flush valves when I’m doing a straight swap. Your the second what have said they seem to sit pissed at times! Good to know mate.

I still use plumbers mate on the basin wastes😁
Tried and tested method 🙏🏽
Plumbers mate with a smear of boss white makes it alot easier to use,
Had them basin mates sit pissed before but they never leak. Only thing is I can never be arsed to get a load so just use mastic instead
I’ve never had an issue with mastic to be honest mate. However they are a bit of a pain to remove when they’ve been siliconed in.
You should remove the old floor covering before putting the pan in .well I would.🍺👍🇬🇧✅
That was the chipboard floor mate. No idea why it was green, maybe moisture resistant. But yeh there was no finished flooring there :)
You should have put live red wire on your finger danger finger finger Blaster I mean plaster 😂😂 ps ptfe is the absolute best for applying to cuts
@@ianpotter3704 never tried ptfe! Haha what a great idea!
