once you say the individual test results should not be be ( - + 15% ) ,further than you say fck-2 so this is controversial. if the target strength is not accordance with IS code after testing 28 days what to do the concrete work already done. no body says about it. results were obtained after 28 days and in this time period work will be completed.

these all criteria belong to 28 days test. What to do with 7 days test?
just had one doubt "mean of the group of 4 non overlapping consecutive test" in this line 'mean' refers to how many specimen, for example for a concrete work of 18 m3 you will have 3 samples ( total 9 cubes) you can make group of two, "4 non overlapping specimen" (ex: nine cubes be 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 and 9. ) you can make 1,2,3and 4 as first group and 5,6,7 and 8 as second group and find its mean, then for 15 m3 you can get "one group of 4 non overlapping sample", so can anyone explain me mean of how many group ?
Sir please clear one thing, In clause 16.1 it says that we have to satisfy both columns (i.e 2 & 3) sir by this clause is it saying that we have to do individual as well as group test both and if any one is not satisfied we will cancel that concrete?

Yes.. but amendment 5 ke according acceptance criteria me koi new change nahi aaya h sir...jo amendment 4 h uske anusar hi accept hogi concrete ki quality...

M25 grade cube concrete ko 14 day p test krte hai to minimum compressive strength after 14 days k bhad minimum 21.39 N/mm2 ahna chaye but ahya hai 17.39 N/mm2 to ye valid hai kya sir koe v criteria me ye pass hoga kya sir
Sir agr aapne flyash use kiya h toh km hi aaega 28 days tk wait kro

Sir mainey 3 specimens liye jinka value 34, 30, 26 mila to iska avg.hua 30 so as per clause 15.4 this specimens are passed but table 11 ke hisab se individual result should not be less than -3,and wo hisab se my 3rd specimen fails the criteria. Please explain this sir

Dear sir..
I have faced an issue regarding variation in individual specimens. Out of 3, our 2 specimen gave consistent results but 3rd specimen varied up to 30% from the avergae. Is there any clause to satisfy govt client to accept the results..If after 15% variation sample is invalid..But what to do with structure which is casted by this concrete..? Our sample full fill all the other clause but fail in variation.

Sir M25 grade concrete after 28 days k bhad results ahya hai 23.18 n/mm2 to kya ye pass hoga sir.... kue ki IS code k new ahmendent me to Fck-3 criteria me fit hota hai to sample pas hoga..to 25-3=22 n/mm2 ahta hai aur apna result 23.18 ahya hai...to kya pass hoga cube

Can any body will tell me what us the max height of placing concrete as per IS456-2000..
In clause 13.2 it's given 150 cm..
But in my mcq book it's given 100cm..

Bhai it's not given in cm it's in meter 1.5m so free fall of concrete should not be more than 1.5m
