Thanks for your kind comment. I don’t think an accent is something you need to change / fix.. I think what is important is you learn grammar and the correct use of words. When I was in school I studied using Wren & Martin (it is a English grammar book) very widely available. If you want to improve then that would be my suggestion. Also take the time to read some English classic novels like Charles Dickens. Great expectations is one of my favorites.

They can do a tier 2 general. You should defo try to do a general route as it gives you more flexibility. I have another video on the changes that happened to visa rules in 2021 you may want to watch that

Personally I think the fact that they have gotten rid of the market Labour test and eased the restrictions on having a CoS l, Etc. I think it will become a lot easier. This is however dependent on the overall on economy and the UK job market as well. Hopefully once the vaccine rolls out and we go back to some normality there will be an improvement in the overall economy

Yes you can however you will need someone to sponsor you on a new tier 2 general visa as your existing one is tied to whoever is your current employer. Previously this process takes quite a while and with the pandemic I expect the process to shift visas may take longer, you may want to consider this as your visa is imminently going to expire

That is harassment - if she gets fired for it and as long as she has proof she can take it to a workers tribunal. If her work has an HR she should talk to HR

You need to provide evidence of employment and that you will continue to be employed in order to get an ILR. This is important and you will not get an ILR without this.

@SAM You actually can switch from a student visa to another visa whilst in the UK. Very commonly to a skilled worker visa (formerly Tier 2) or to the (newly introduced) graduate route visa, whilst still in the UK. Very much legal.

I’m pretty sure that if you are married to him and as long as he is a British citizen you can. Else families here would all be separated. I know a few colleagues that were South African but lived or moved here because of the spousal system. Just look for that visa route on gov.uk

No - not unless you get sponsored by an employer. Also you will only be able to apply for this visa in your home country. So if you are currently visiting the UK you will need to return back to apply for the tier 2 general visa

Hi - all of this depends on your visa application, if you fill out the application you will get a checklist generated which you can use to apply for visa.
Do UK employers hesitate to give tier 2 visas as they need to do lots of paperwork and cost involved in the process OR due to Brexit Employment will definitely arise in the UK.

Can you tell me if it is possible to get sponsored for a visa if you dont have any qualifications and degrees? I've done a lot of shop work ,and customer service jobs I speak fluently Dutch ,english and German thanks for your time
I don’t think you need sponsorship as your husband is English. You can move here on a spousal/family visa. It’s quite straight forward

I’m pretty sure that if you are married to him and as long as he is a British citizen you can. Else families here would all be separated.
I know a few colleagues that were South African but lived or moved here because of the spousal system. Just look for that visa route on gov.uk

No - not unless you get sponsored by an employer. Also you will only be able to apply for this visa in your home country. So if you are currently visiting the UK you will need to return back to apply for the tier 2 general visa

Hi - all of this depends on your visa application, if you fill out the application you will get a checklist generated which you can use to apply for visa.
Do UK employers hesitate to give tier 2 visas as they need to do lots of paperwork and cost involved in the process OR due to Brexit Employment will definitely arise in the UK.
