I cant thank you enough. So many people blog about moving and working in the UK, however no one ever tells you what websites to look for or a list of companies which offer Tier 2 Sponsorship. Thank you for saving people a great deal of time and headache.
@@JobReadyEnglish I think you’ve done a very good job already. But if you are wanting to enhance your channel by catering to those who might be looking to relocate from the U.S to the UK, I think updating us on on this process about where to find work that offers Tier 2 sponsorships is good enough. Lots of people are only looking to be Tier 2 skilled workers and not students. Sponsorships and visa are the biggest piece to relocating abroad. Once that’s in place, everything else will follow. I hope that helps. Fell free to connect with me on LinkedIn or Facebook if you would like to talk more.

As an EU citizen it feels bitter sweet going through all of this considering that till 1st of jan every eu citizen could work and stay there without a visa. anyways thanks for the helpful video 🙂

Hello! Hope you are doing great! This is undoubtedly the most informative and helpful video I saw so far today and definitely regarding tier 2 sponsorship ever. I just needed a piece of advice. I have got a job as Customer Service Consultant in HSBC and will start from 24th January 2022 but my visa ends on 22nd July 2023. HSBC is on the government list, now I have a year and a half. I want to ask you “how should I approach my employer of what should be my strategy and tips and tricks to convince them to give me the COS i.e tier 2 sponsorship?” Do you have any advice on this? Please suggest to me anything I will be forever grateful for a wise piece of information.
Thank you for this detailed explanation. I do not think I have ever come across any video as simple and well explained about tier 2 visa as this. I am grateful for this. I have created my excel sheet and going ahead to find 20 companies id love to work for. I have an MSc in Public health from England, I would not mind if you have any leads of companies recruiting public health officers and health promotion officers. thank you
that's a good vedio helped me how to look hassle free thanks man , i had a request if u can make one try on tier 2 or tier 5 sports related sponsorships , it would be very helpful.
Hi it's good to hear from you about various aspects regarding sponsor ship categories,,really it's useful for many ,, can you please tell me if myself aged 51 male can get a sponsorship to England, with only a qalification of 10th standard, and having an experience working in Israel as a steward in a 7 star hotel,,,can you please suggest some of the sponsors that can help me in getting a job ,as I am an Indian and now at home jobless,,Can you please help me ..

Let's say a company sponsors me for 3 years. But after 1 year I quit or they fire me. What happens to the visa? Is it feasible to find another sponsored job in that timeframe?
Very informative video... Thanks a lot for sharing that. However, we actually need your opinion on the difficulty to get a sponsorship. In my opinion, it seems very difficult since all employers like to hire candidates internally from UK.
Agreed @Ashraf Farhan! Just to give you an idea of what it means to get a job in the UK: I have been applying at over 50 job adverts for the past two months. Got a response for about half of them, and so far, I have been offered 8 interviews and awaiting the final decision for 2 of them.. I should also mention that I have 4 years’ experience in the industry and a master’s degree. I have all the funds I need to support myself; I have passed the English Test and I am an EU citizen. The job I am looking for is on the Shortage Occupations List (engineering geologist) and that makes it a bit easier for the companies to employ foreign skilled workers. The companies will have to pay £199 for each CoS and £1000/year for each foreign skilled worker the company employed. But I am willing (also said it to the interviewers) to pay it back the company, however the company sees fit. I, on the other hand, other than having the funds to support myself for the first month (£1270), will also have to pay healthcare surcharge (£624 x each year of sponsorship applied for) plus £610 for the application fee (will be reduced to £464 because the job offer will be on the shortage occupations list). Adding up all the costs and reviewing all the requirements the UK government has put into place, I would say it’s almost close to impossible for foreigners to come and work in the UK, unless they are extremely skilled and experienced (+10 years of experience). I highly doubt the international students will stand a chance of getting a job, unless they are absolutely outstanding or a Global Tallent. Best wishes and good luck to everyone!
@@alexascarlet Hi Alexandra.. Thanks for sharing your experience.. Well I am working in an international company which has got a good business in UK. I preformed two interviews and unfortunately I was asked in both interviews if I can relocate myself to UK. However, there are some positions which offer sponsorship but for high skilled candidates. I am thinking of preparing a master degree in UK then I may be able to search for a job. What do you think of this idea? Thank you ASHRAF
Is it possible to get a Tier 2 job for someone who had 6 years of Customer Service experience in call center / BPO industry? I'd do anything to get to UK!!!! 😥
1. When you say that the tickets have exhausted, is it because there is a limit on the number of COS a company can offer? 2. Agreed that company has to incur sponsorship related costs, but from what I know, they are around 2k per year. So if the companies are finding these costs too high, why cant they give an option to the candidates that ok we will give you a COS but you will have to bear all the sponsorship related expenses?
Hi Anurag 1. There is a limit based on how many CoS they apply for each April from the Home office 2. Some small companies do this, but honestly for companies it's not about costs, your training would far exceed this number, its about you being the best candidate for the job Caveat: This is purely personal opinion and does not constitute legal advice

A fair comment, but we are talking about finding companies that sponsor, not the actual jobs themselves. That's hard
