I've been feeling riddled with anxiety and sadness today and I just wanted something to get all of those negative emotions out of my system. My mantra for this practice was 'release' and I feel a lot better after finishing this flow. Thank you for sharing this

I had a sucide attempt last year and ever since i have been so anxious, depressed and scared all the time. Of death ironically. My mantra was healing. The flow of bowing down into my self and sheilding my self to flowing outward conpletely vunarable, strong, and taking up space was nothing like i have felt before. This wasnt like any other yoga i have practiced. Thank you

Dang. Sara Beth is the truth ✨. In the last child's pose, I felt my energy swirling around in my upper back. It felt so warm and flowy. I have idiopathic scoliosis so I deal with a lot of muscle tension. I recently learned that it may have been caused by trauma, so this is super helpful. Thank you!

Some days I feel like sun salutations, and some days a variation like this is just perfect. Love the BAM approach which made me smile, it's what I try to do (just a 5min walk/just 1min of stretching etc and see where that takes me) but I never had a word for it - fits perfectly😄

I am a beginner in yoga and really wanted to do it with the intention of releasing trauma stored up in my body. I just repeated these instructions 3x and my body feels really good. I am looking forward to the changes I will experience as I keep practicing.

Hi Sarah I've been doing this one for a while now and every time I do a plank my right wrist hurts so much, I believe I'm don't correctly with wide fingers gripping into the mat, I was wondering what you would suggest? I don't want to have to stop doing the planks. Love and peace as always 🌻
You may need to avoid putting weight in for a little while so it can heal. check out my Tips for Sore Wrists video and my 10 minute Yoga for Sore Wrists video to get everything you need to heal and prevent your wrist pain in plank. Both on my channel and in my playlists

What do you mean by intention?
I am hyper mobile and when I'm in child's pose I can't figure out how to relax my neck and rest my forehead at the same time without my face smushing into the mat so I can't breathe. What can I do to correct this? Got your book in the mail yesterday, BTW. Thanks so much for writing it. It came into my life at just the right time

This was such a spiritual flow, I’ve never felt so connected during a yoga practice!
this white blank background of yours gives me major anxiety, a sense of void and and it also feels very impersonal...why? wouldn't it be nicer to have a normal setting making the distance between teacher/screen/student a little bit shorter?
I do it on purpose so that the focus is more on you and less on me, more on the yoga at hand and less on the distractions. I aim to make my cues so clear that you can close your eyes and have your own experience. Ideally you never have to even look at the screen 😊
