In the Wolverine Movie, they chopped his Claws off and he grew them back as the bone claws without the Adamantium.

There is a comic version of Wolverine where his arm got cut off and instead of growing a whole new arm it just healed and closed the wound or some such. So that version had like a hook or a blade or some such at the end of his arm. Can't remember precisely because I read that like... nearly 15 years ago maybe? It's been quite awhile at least.

That "hunting rifle" he's using in the video is a completely different weapon than the one in Fallout, which is a Remington Model 700 shooting .308. This one shoots .416 Rigby, which is quite a bit bigger and heftier than .308 Winchester.

There are a few martial arts that use claw weapons, notably in India and Japan. But they are both smaller and shaped very differently.

This kind of reminds me of a scene in the comics where Logan is standing in front of the mirror in a flophouse bathroom and he's having to cut his skin open and squeeze the bullets out of his chest like they were zits because his skin just heals over them.
