- This Super Bowl will be a special one, given that both quarterbacks have unashamedly spoken about Jesus, and are two of the most vocal football players about their Christian faith. Here's how I believe God will use this event for His glory.

Psalms 68:4 YAH is His Name Hallelu-YAH when you have a relationship with someone first you need to know there name & calling on that name not hiding it that is what in vain means in the Hebrew when we word study it. Acts 4:12 Yahshua means Yahweh saves no other name does.

I am rooting for Jesus. I don't watch football, however I hope these two athletes do use their influence, wealth, and fame to help spread God's message of hope in Jesus and the Gospel to all nations.
I am glad they are sharing a positive message and are helping to be inspiration and role models for future generations.

I am a born again Christian and seeing Brock being so humble and glorifying God our Father in front of millions is an inspiration for me. Although Brock gets attacked with hatred and insults, he stays humble and keeps on going putting his faith in our Father God.

I wondered about mahomes faith earlier in his career; he didn’t seem that “in” but what he said in this video about the Acts verse changed my mind.
When has mahomes ever mention Jesus Christ he says some pretty off the wall things regarding God but never mentions Jesus . I’m not convinced that dudes a Christian at all because Jesus said if you deny me before men I’ll deny you before the Father. He at best avoids saying his name to people .
@@joelm4847 yeah I was thinking about that too. Purdy does that too but did say Jesus died on the cross for our sins. That is one big thing to watch out for for sure.
@@joelm4847 My family are big time life long Chiefs fans AND Christians. My mom just pointed out to me recently that the Chiefs Coach Andy Reid, and the owner, Clark Hunt are Mormon. They always talk about God and giving Him glory but they never, EVER mention Jesus Christ or salvation. Mom noticed Mahomes never does either, it's the same sort of speech Reid and Hunt both use, so could be Mahomes is Mormon.
I was curious about that verse so I went to my Bible App and read it, I don't understand it in the context Mahomes is using it. Acts chapter 20 verse 7, Paul is explaining how he planned to leave sooner but stayed later until midnight. I'm not understanding how that connects with his "half in, half out" thing.

I love these 2 brothers , as an aside , the NFL has many bold Christian players and coaches too numerous to mention here ; the irony is the League itself does everything possible to promote the anti-christ agenda but so many players and coaches remain bold in their faith thus proving what they(NFL) mean for evil God uses for good ! Every time I hear Brock praise the Lord, I am reminded of what a great example he is to his generation. Kids are taught to be agnostic by the world, and this young man with his head spinning success is an example of how God’s Grace can shine brightly on those who are faithful to Him. Brock will continue to be a great example for his peer group,and will someday lead them. Thank you for doing this video.
Purdy has been consistent both on and off the field as a steadfast Christ-follower. Mahomes seems to give lip service on the mic but doesn’t seem consistent behind the scenes. He curses like a sailor on the field, sidelines and at home. That’s a red flag IMO. That being said, I certainly hope that he continues his journey towards being a committed follower of Christ.

Albert Pujols, similarly, is someone who seems to have a strong faith in Christ and similarly, was chosen very late in the draft. I think he was drafted in the 13th round with hundreds of players chosen before him and when he finally was picked he was told that he’d never play in the major leagues.
We’re seeing this at the college level as well. Watching the leaders on the Michigan team-they were all praising God constantly.

While some news media coverage clearly edits out the Christian values spoken by both Brock and Patrick, it is good to see that many have not. I am pulling for neither. This was a wonderful breakdown of how these two individuals are being used to bring God's glory and as evangelistic tools. I love that you said that no matter which team wins, God will get the glory. I'm from the Bay so I was hoping that the 49ers won but God told me to pray "what's best for the Kingdom to happen" so I did. That was for the Chiefs to win, so be it!
