The beginning, loosening exercises are very reminiscent of the book, "Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain". That side is the creative side and needs to exercise to wake up. Thanks for the refresher.
So, the only thing you need to know is just feel free to use referance lines, and demostruction. Dont try to draw from one perspective, in single shot, also draw the parts that you cant see.All you need is the ability of x-ray vision.I mean you should be able to guess the unseen parts. You must to understand the shape before you draw it. That is the point...

the length of the between tires depends on wheel base. It's not always three circles in between the tires.^^ I just wanted to tell how to use the lines.
At first I had no idea what you were doing when you were drawing all the circles and stuff, But then when you started drawing the cars I was like "Ooooooohhhhh I get it, You basically were telling me that I have to practice all those certain lines before just... Mashing them all together to make a car.." Very interesting...I guess there's no time like the present to start practicing...
So basically in simple shapes everything is a cube sphere cylinder 2d approach square oblong circle triangle oval But what I can see is that according to this video it can be interpreted in many ways are intuition should see that specefic shape makes sense hence there are no absolutes when it comes to simple shapes when during then form is just making lines dark and light for dimensionallity then we move onto details Idk if that made sense but trying to figure this out

For me wheels are the hardest even after 8 years wheels still annoy me especially when they are at an angle where they are oval shaped Maybe I'm just a perfectionist idk
it would be better move your arm and hand instead of your cuff that could get more good lines you want to draw. hold the pen and sketch the line with your arm.

that's not extremely needed. The most important part is proportions.
Use your shoulders when drawing a circle, I know it sounds weird but it gives a much accurate result.
