Msquare iT Says: If you face this type of problem then this video for you just follow my instruction and apply. Must be solve you problem.
Ans ware:
The time on your clock keeps changing to the wrong time. First, make sure your clock is set to the correct time zone. If your time zone is correct you may have a bad CMOS battery but you can get around it by having the system sync more often with the internet time..
STEPS
1] WHEN PC SHOWS YOU [BIOS HAS BEEN RESET - AND THEY WILL SHOW YOU 3 OPTION YOU NEED TO CLICK
ON 1st option [load optimized then reboot]
2] AFTER PC START PRESS [del] BUTTON WHEN YOU COMPUTER STARTS
3] THEN YOU WILL SEE [GIGABYTE-UEFI BIOS] SETTINGS CLICK ON PERIPHERALS AS SHOWN IN VIDEO
4] THEN YOU WILL SEE FROM LAST TO SECOND [SATA CONFIGURATION] CLICK IT THEY WILL SHOW YOU
TWO OPTION 1.IDE & 2.AHCI YOU NEED TO CLICK ON IDE AND PRESS ENTER
5] THEN CLICK ON SAVE & EXIT CLICK ON THIS AND YOU WILL SEE 1st OPTION PRESS ENTER ON IT

If the BIOS resets after power downs, but the PC otherwise works OK then :
Change the CMOS battery. Try reseating the RAM. Then other components. Reinstall your OS (there could be an installation or driver conflict with the new board). Ensure the CMOS reset pins are open. Ensure there was no protective plastic under the battery if a new motherboard. Try the SATA mode change. Turn off XMP mode. Try a different PSU. Try swapping other plugged in components. Try flashing the BIOS, with a newer version. If none of that has worked there's probably a short circuit somewhere, either inherent to the motherboard or between the case and the motherboard. Or a broken battery socket.

Gigabyte X399 Designare (BIOS version F12), AMD Threadripper 2950X, RAM: G-Skill RipJaws V 3200MHz F4-3200C16-16GVK (64GB, 4x16GB).

I have solved my issue. Someone wrote me, that Threadripper 2nd generation doesn't work correctly with G-Skill RipJaws memories. So, I replaced my RAM modules. I have been using HyperX Predator 4x16GB (HX430C15PB3K4/64) modules for four weeks. Machine works fine, no more issues.

I have this same problem. After replacing the CMOS power supply battery, I set the time and set the bios in the SATA Mode Selection IDE I saved and everything works as it should. But as soon as there is a loss of network voltage or I turn off the computer from the network before leaving the house, it happens that the computer turns on automatically when the network voltage is turned on and the table on the monitor is back and the AHCI is reset in the biose. This problem can occur when putting a boot disk from one motherboard into another. If the OS was originally installed on a board using IDE mode, it will conflict with AHCI on the new board, even using modern components. I would try first reinstalling Windows etc from scratch. With board drivers etc ready to install too.
