Just jumped in and started watching a few vids in the shop and don't know how I'm so far behind! Oddly enough, I've got my Mercedes on the lift right now replacing most of the front suspension parts.
Easily done, hard to keep up with everything sometimes! I hope your Mercedes doesn’t have the same suspension set up as this one, otherwise it’s ££££ 😮💨
@@JAYPCARS they want 8k. Not sure if it’s a smart purchase or a dumb one. I test drove it tho and it’s WAYYYYY better than I imagined. Twin turbo v12 🤌🏾🤌🏾 Think it’d be awesome with some nice wheels and a tune. Plus i have another car to daily
I’m glad you like it, it’s definitely less pixelated than the phone inside the unit. Stabilisation in the car isn’t great but I can use the phone for that! Yeah the mirror is a shame but life goes on 😂

Nice work getting this one roadworthy! Although it looks a bit odd with those giant black strips on it. Would look much smarter with them body colour.

@JAYPCARS no, it doesn't have that air suspension. It's an 06 SLK55 AMG and they didn't add that junk to this one.
I think CL500 is hydraulic not air but as cool as it is, it’s scary money when it goes wrong. It’s good my daily doesn’t have air suspension oh wait 😂
looking at one of these right now. its a CL600 with about 130k miles. Not sure if I'm gonna pull the trigger tho. really interesting cars tho!!!
